The hotel is incredible with truly wonderful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast each morning. Very easy to connect to lifts in the area using the ski bus.

I admit this is on me for not researching well enough, but it’s not very convenient to get from the hotel to neighboring towns in the evening. Buses are limited and they stop service around 6pm.

A beautiful boutique hotel in Kitzbuhel! The room was super clean, everything was so neat and cute, and we had all the amenities one might need. You can cook in the room since it is fully equipped. The breakfast was dreamy, everything fresh and delicious! Very good location as well. The bus stop is about 2min walk and there are frequent rides to Hahnemkamn, just outside the ski gondola. I highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect.

Very well located with access to two nice local restaurants walking distance. Sleeping listening to the river flow was a great experience. The breakfast and the fridge with self service beers 24x7 and drinks was a great service .

One of our beds squeak a bit when you move but that was not a big deal for us the room with kitchen was what we needed .

Staff are lovely, the entire facility is exceptionally clean, and the continental breakfast with eggs was great!

The only thing I didn't like, which seems to be an Austrian hotel thing, was the mattress and pillows, so I don't fault this hotel for it really. We stayed at three different hotels during our tour of Austria and they were all the same. The mattresses are thin and uncomfortable and the pillows are thin and you usually only get one. I would suggest, offering two pillows for single beds and four for doubles though.

Traditional property with modern facilities in a good location. Very friendly family run. Very nice continental style breakfast buffet with choice of cooked egg. Very clean. Common room available for playing games in the evening and honesty fridge with drinks.

Good location to ski areas. Owners are a lovely family. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Previous reviews mentioned trouble getting around without a car. We had minimal trouble navigating with the buses. Also 2 fabulous restaurants within a block made it not necessary to go into Kitzbuhel every night.

Wonderful gem of a hotel, that is around 10 minutes drive from the main town abs lift system. Breakfast was excellent, and the extension at the back of the hotel where they serve is wonderful. It was amazing each morning seeing the views Our room was comfortable, if a little small for three people. One of the beds was a converted sofa, and although comfortable, I wouldn’t have wanted to sleep a week on it

It’s nothing the hotel can do about it, but more an awareness that if your staying here you really need to have a car. It’s a short drive into Kitzbuhl, but there is not much around the hotel so getting food or dinner requires transport

The breakfast was absolutely awesome. Not too fancy, but of very high quality. Super friendly staff.

Very good breakfast served in a cosy location with a view over the mountains. Clean room and nice staff. Location is ok, with the car is easy to go in the city center of Kitzbuhel.

The room was a bit too small.
