Incredibly convenient location at the end of the piste and next to the gondola. Excellent amenities - ski locker room, bathrooms accessible from outside while wearing ski boots, excellent breakfast & other food, great staff (Simon was very helpful!). Reservation with Booking.com included breakfast and car indoor garage parking. High quality furnishings in the room and well designed for hanging ski clothes, place to store helmets, comfortable bed, sizable outdoor balcony.

Rooms are small without much space if you have bulky luggage. Ski locker for my room is a bit small for gear for two people - was very difficult to fit skis + one snowboard in the locker.

Excellent location opposite the main gondola. Able to ski down to hotel too. Secure underground parking with easy access to ski room. The lounge/ bar area is very nice and was never too busy. We liked the book detailing the extensive renovations that have been done. The staff were exceptional, always helpful and very attentive. The breakfast choice was great, we really enjoyed it. Nice spa

A little noisy with children running up and down unsupervised although this is a parenting issue not down to the hotel.

We had one of the best experiences in a hotel ever. - large and comfortable rooms with a terrace - nice interior decoration - splendid location near one of the cable cars, a few minutes walk from the center of Kitzbuhel - perfect service with helpful and friendly staff - very clean, the room was made during our breakfast meal - excellent restaurant, rich and diverse breakfast, 4 course dinner with many options to chose from - parking inside the building, no problem at this time of the year - good internet connectivity - excellent swimming pool

We found the staff there so helpful giving us tips on where to hike. etc. Hotel is right beside the Hahnenkamm cable car. This hotel had the best breakfast of all the places that we stayed at in Austria during our 3.5 wk vacation. Fresh squeezed OJ was a real treat. There were just so many choices of items to have for breakfast. The room was very pretty with lots of storage that I am sure would come in handy during ski season. There was a terrace outside of our room. You could easily walk into town from the hotel to go to restaurants or shops. Very convenient location. They have an underground parking garage there which I am sure would be great to have during the winter. We appreciated them letting us park there for a couple of hours even though we were checking out that morning. Although we didn't use the pool, we did go down to take a look at it. Was a beautiful area.

The property is in a fantastic location - excellent if you’re skiing. Also a very short walk to town and extremely close to train station. Great ski lockers in the hotel - very convenient. The breakfast was great - we loved it. We also ate at the restaurant a few times, and it was wonderful. The room we stayed in was large and comfortable. The staff in the restaurant and breakfast area were lovely.

The bathroom was very dated (but good enough as it was big). No coffee/tea facilities in your room which was annoying (but they did provide us with a kettle when we asked). No mugs or glasses in the room (only wine glasses). Very few amenities provided (ie just soap).

breakfast was fantastic, spa and pool area were very nice, location was super close to the lifts, end of piste and Hahnenkammbahn train station and close to restaurants and bars. Quiet rooms.

no shuttle service from the main train station but we could have taken the train to the Hahnenkamm Bahnhof station instead if I planned better. The Hahnenkamm Bahnhof is very close to the hotel.

Location is the best! Hotel is right Next to train & bus station , ski lift, hire and school, views of the mountains from restaurant are stunning , room and shower were very comfortable Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Leonie

The ski in ski out properly was ideally located and made it easy to store the items and recover from an active day with the use of the sauna

I wasn’t a fan of the cold temperature pool but maybe that’s how others like it

- perfect location, near Hahnenkamm Skilift and about 5 min walk to the center - very friendly and helpful staff - delicious breakfast, with a lot of options, including vegetarian/vegan - nice spa area

- the bed was not comfortable enough for a 4* hotel - no shower, only bathtub. Although the bathtub was nice, a shower or at least a curtain for the bathtub would be practical - no possibility to make tea in the room - children in the sauna

Breakfast was excellent with lots of options and everything was super fresh. Location was super convenient, right by the train station as well as the gondola and walking distance from the village center.

Everything was wonderful.
