Our stay at the Kaiserhof was a very positive experience. The hotel was of a high standard with clean, comfortable rooms and the staff are absolutely fantastic. Incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, close to both the cable car and the city centre. The breakfast served each morning had a wide selection and was of high quality. We particularly appreciated the spa area, quiet and pleasant with several different saunas. Would definitely recommend the hotel to both business and leisure travellers, and look forward to returning the next time we are in Kitzbuhel.

Excellent hotel and both reception staff (Martin and Alexandra) plus restaurant staff (Niki and Fauszana) were exceptional! Superb food at dinner with choices of starters, mains and desserts plus huge breakfast buffet with many choices. Location very good and just by the Hahnenkamm gondola...hotel provided guest cards for reductions.

One dislike was the fact that the hotel charged 15 euros per day for guest parking which I thought too much considering we were hotel guests and the parking was not secure, just off road behind the hotel. Also because of the the village festival, it was extremely noisy up until 2.00am with youngsters partying loudly in rooms opposite. Room view was of the gondola cable cars passing by our balcony every 20 seconds!!! Expected a bit better!

What a beautiful hotel! Situated right next to the gondola station making access to the mountain for hiking so easy. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them - they were able to help us out with the loan of a phone charger and a fan for the room as it was so hot whilst we were there. The room was lovely, a good size with its own terrace and plenty of storage space. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times - the menu was not extensive but the food was very good - again, the staff in the restaurant and bar made us very welcome. The indoor pool area was comfortable with access to a small garden and sunbeds, the pool itself was refreshing and the wellness area was extensive. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily book again!

Only a minor point - tea/coffee facilities were provided but we had to ask for milk each day

Beautiful hotel in a great location for the slopes and just a 5 mins walk down to the centre of Kitzbuhel. The staff were all excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was great - wonderful choice at breakfast and great evening meals. The New Years Eve gala dinner and party was great fun. The wellness centre and pool is also very nice and wasn’t too busy. The ski and boot room is exceptionally good with plenty of space.

We stayed half board and for us the 5 course meals were a bit too heavy/ rich for every night - even though all the food was great. If you’re staying a week I would recommend maybe don’t book the half board and just book a couple of nights in the hotel restaurant.

Location, location! Next door to the train station (quiet), main lift, hire shop, could ski home to door at end of day. We didn’t really see the town apart from few short strolls (v close) as lovely to just stay at hotel. So easy getting train to Innsbruck airport. Breakfast was good, asking for coffee better than machine. Dinner was excellent quality but we never made it through all the courses! Wellness area good for short relax post slopes.

Shower wasn’t great, needed to be stronger.

Lovely clean room ., comfortable bed . Really appreciated bath robe and slippers in room . Restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient . Food for breakfast and dinner was very tasty good choice at breakfast .

A warmer welcome on arrival from reception would have been nice . We felt as if we were a bit of an inconvenience when asking questions . Nice having black tea in rooms but would have liked coffee sachets and creamer but were told they were unavailable .

Amazing staff -Thomas on reception was outstanding always smiling no matter what hour always helpful - Martin was very good too on check out . All the staff here are exceptional , the team at breakfast both chaps with names beginning with P gave us fantastic service Breakfast selection itself was outstanding -massive selection of cold buffet, fresh fruit and cooked breakfast options- nothing was missed it had it all !

Tremendous service and hospitality from front desk and breakfast staff. We've stayed at this hotel before and continued to be impressed by the customer focus and the quality/cleanliness of the room and facilities. Location is excellent with access to the old town and cable car in just a few meters. Breakfast is outstanding and the team uses regional products from local makers. Sauna areas is nice and views from the hotel patio are great.

Parking is a bit small and tight. Would like to see some slight updates in the fitness room.

This was 3rd time we stayed at Kaiserhoff and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We like everything: location, comfort of stay, service and food. All was great!

As I mentioned in my previous comments I would like Kaiserhoff to change mats in the gym room: current ones are just awful. Another comment is about price level. Although quality of stay is excellent, current level of pricing makes think about different options for next ski season.

Spectacular hotel! After about 20 years of Booking.com stays I would put this hotel in the top 5. It is immaculate and well-maintained. The staff is professional. The room was very large (Junior Suite), very quiet, well furnished, and had great views. It is conveniently next to the Hahnenkamm train station and cable car. The breakfast was extensive, varied, and delicious with great service support.
