The apartment complex was part of a hotel, so some of the hotel commodities were available to us aswell, the 2 great swimming pools, the outside hot jacuzzi in the freezing weather, the 2 family sauna and the great adult spa, were used by all. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of 6. We bought the ski passes in the lobby and the ski school was a 1 minute walk from it. We got just enough towels and beddings.

It’s not actually ski to door, there is a slight walk but not to bad.

Location was perfect for the village of Hinterglemm and the bus to sights further afield. Great for small children and older. Our children lived the kids club and the pool which wasn’t out of their depth. The play park in the grounds was wonderful too. Bedroom could sleep three children and there was a separate toilet to the bathroom which was very useful.

There were no negative issues, all fine...

The stay was amazing and we will definitely book this hotel again. The hosts were super nice and received us very courteously. Since my spouse and myself suffer from some food allergies they offered some custom meals which was really fantastic. Overall the food was amazing and everything is organic only. The spa and in particular the outdoor pool area is absolutely beautiful. We can definitely recommend this fabulous place!

The rooms were nice and spacious, but the design was quite old-school. Beds were comfy, everything was clean. The view on the mountains was nice, although the street did get loud at times. The swimming pool was great.

The building is clearly not new: although everything was rather clean, the bathroom smelled very unpleasantly for half of the time, I assume the smell came from the drain. Also, it was strange that there was a coffee machine but not a single complimentary coffee capsule - you were expected to buy them from a vending machine.
