Kaprun-Sell am See Summer Card was included, giving access to all kind of activities in the area, decent breakfast options (also for lactose and gluten intolerances). Good size rooms, friendly personnel.

Swimming pool was cold so not really enjoyable

Delicious food with excellent dinners! Beautiful view; my daughter especially loved the hammock on our balcony. The room was very clean

Our room unfortunately was facing the road and a restaurant on the opposite side, due to summer heat we had to keep windows open, so it was really noisy at night!

What can I say about the hotel... I just booked another 8 days in December:-) Our family was completely satisfied with the hotel, the price, the food, the summer card, and all this overcame the shortcomings, such as the smelly room (painting) or the older equipment. I would like to leave a message to the owners, try to be careful with the prices, you are the best accommodation price x quality ratio in the area. We would be happy to stay in your hotel again in the next years after a complete renovation.

The smell of paint in art rooms. It's a really creepy, sour smell. Fortunately, the human brain soon dulls these sensations and you get used to it.

All good except facade and interior colours.

Please stop that designer picking colors for you.

We spent 3 nights here with two teenagers ( 2 separate double bed rooms, 1st floor). The vicinity of the hotel was perfect, our room faced to the water, though it was a bit loud, it felt like we have a small waterfall, so it was nice. The hotel gave us Summercard, with this card we used public transport for free, many programs, excursions near by were also free ( otherwise You should pay for them). In the hotel, they speak many languages, everyone is very kind and helpful. Breakfast and diner were variable, delicious and fair enough. We could use the wellness only one time as we were on active sightseeings all day. Maybe the wellness could be opened till 2200 to have enough time for relax after active days.

We liked the environment of the spa, The breakfast was really good , the room was big and had a lot of space to it. The location itself was close enough to the adventures of the region. The bathroom and the shower were really comfortable.

We had some problems with the dinner, The food was mainly based on a junk food and there was just not enough high quality food. although the drinks in the dinner are not included and additional charge was needed. the waiters were good .

The staff was very friendly, especially the servers in the restaurant. I think they went beyond the basics and were very pleasant. Live music one evening was very nice as well. The pool was great for the family, warm room and nice water temperature. There are two bus stops close and free to use in Kaprun and also free if you have a ski pass to get to Sell am See but if you have skis they don't even check. Food was at a good level and you have an all you can eat buffet so it's good for those hungry teenagers.

All good there, nothing that was bad.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great location and crazy design. The spa is exceptional and clean.

The smell of the room smells bad, but we checked other room and they have the same sour smell. First we thought that a sweaty man was in our room, but as we did find the same problem in other rooms, I think it may be the cleaning material, the paint or something like that. Three of us agreed that it was nose squeezer. Otherwise we liked the room, the staff and the hotel so we hoop you can find the reason :)

Great location and very good breakfast. The included dinner was also convenient and good. The staff was excellent, super friendly and warm. The sauna and spa area was also very nice and clean. We went every afternoon, perfect to recover after a day of intense ski.

After the second or third day, the WiFi didn't work at all in the bedroom. Only in the common areas. Also, the mattress could have been cleaner, as well as the bedroom in general. They don't clean your room unless you specify you want them to clean it.
