The reception person waited for our arrival to give us the key although we arrived a little bit late. Check-in process was easy and clear. They provide us with Kaprun Card which was a great add on to our trip. locations was great. overall facilities inside the apartment were very good. Toilet was equiped with "shattaf" which is great.

I wish they make the cleaning visits more frequent. During our stay they made only 1 cleaning visit over 6 nights. Adding washing machine would be great. The size of the rooms is a bit small. the number of towels is less than what we need.

Cozy and modern hotel. Great location, less than 10 minutes drive to Kitzsteinhorn. Ski bus stop is also in front of the hotel. Very good breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Wellness area with saunas is excellent and very clean!

Our room was tiny for 2 adults. Double bad was actually very small. The hotel is fairly clean in general. The bed sheets and towels were really very fresh. Still, the overall cleanliness could be improved, eg. dust and leftovers from previous guests around the bed, dust in the bathroom.

Location and staff was great, also the room was equipped quite well despite being small the terrace was very spacious with a nice view, great breakfast

- There was extremely hot in the room despite that we did turn off everything we were able to find out we woke up couple of times during the night and had to open balcony. - the sound isolation was really terrible the noises from the hallway(we even heard people opening ski room one floor down every single time) and the room next door were extremely loud - mattresses were not very comfortable - light in the bathroom was very dimm

Room was very nice and modern and like the coffee and amenities provided and the deck was very nice

Room was great, location was great but honestly, I Just didn't like it - just too modern and one thing did not like was having to check in at a place half mile from room and yes, I did not read the instructions for that but never had to do that before. I like the people to be at same place but I am old and stuck in my ways. Again, nothing wrong with place, just not my cup of tea. Also, the restaurant not open at night and breakfast was very expensive

Good location, a nice and cosy room, equiped in a modern way. We were provided a complimentary charge of our electric car at the parking lot which was a pleasant extra. All in all we had an enjoyable stay at 24 by AvenidA, where our pleasant experiences by far outweighed those few points of shorcomings

Perhaps a bit too tiny relaxation area downstairs which was always crowded. Also, our room did not have a hall between the entrance door and the bedroom, so often there was some noise of clapping dors/loud voices spreading in from the stairwell.

Check in was friendly and quick. The apartment block is with a 5 minute walk into Kaprun. We liked the underground parking and the large balcony we had. The room was functional as was the bathroom and it was good to have coffee making facilities in the room.

The noise from other guests at all times especially first thing in the morning.

The hotel provided a peaceful, clean, and comfortable environment, and I found the breakfast to be delightful and delicious. My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable, and I appreciated the courteous treatment from the staff. They took a security deposit and promptly refunded it upon my checkout. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will certainly suggest it to my family and friends.

Check-in is on different location down the street. Procedure works very well and is communicated in advance. Our room (not sure about the others) was a long stay room although we were only there for one night. It has a kitchen with all equipment for longer stay during winter (I guess). This was our one stop heading south. Very friendly people. Restaurant is great, prices of food and drinks are reasonable. Environment is superb for running, cycling (and probably winter as well but don't know). Breakfast is reasonable but basic.

We paid well over 200 euro's for 1 night. This price might be so due to an event at that time but I believe it is too much considering all. Gym is very small (10m2) and nearly the equipment. Kaprun is an expensive area so for an overnight stay perhaps to much but the vicinity is very nice. Parking was OK but not sure if all the guest can park their car as there is space for about 15 cars (underground).

I truly appreciated being able to easily access nearby points of interest without having to travel too far. Additionally, I was pleased to find that your hotel offered free parking. This was a huge convenience for me as I had driven to the area. It alleviated the stress of having to find parking and allowed me to focus on enjoying my stay. The fully equipped kitchen in my room was a pleasant surprise. It provided me with the opportunity to prepare my own meals and save some money on dining out. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. Speaking of cleanliness, I must commend your staff on maintaining a comfortable and clean environment throughout the hotel. My room was spotless upon arrival, and the common areas were always tidy. It truly added to the overall pleasant experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. It was truly mesmerizing to wake up to such a beautiful sight every morning. The view enhanced my overall enjoyment and made my stay even more memorable. Lastly, I want to express my gratitude for the summer card provided by the hotel. This card allowed me to partake in various activities free of charge. It was a delightful surprise and added immense value to my stay. I had so much fun exploring the area and taking advantage of the numerous activities available

one aspect that I found disappointing was the high price of the accommodation. While I understand that quality comes at a cost, I believe that a more competitive pricing strategy could attract a wider range of guests and enhance overall satisfaction.

location, romms were clean, modern, bathroom was big with bath and shower, free saunas and fitness, restaurant at ground floor, parking underground with privatw access, elevator, breakfast, in room free caffee, tea and soft drinks

tho room was cold in night, big windows mean a lot of cold air even when only on vent, could no set up the temperature right, matresses on bed were too soft for us, the information provided on tablet dont correspond with reality
