One of the best independent hotels I've stayed in. The owners take so much pride in the appearance of the hotel with flowers in abundance in the property and also in the garden, which itself is stunning. The rooms are tasteful and well furnished with all of the little extras you don't always get. The balcony had a lovely hanging/swinging seat which was perfect from which to see the stunning views of the Kitzsteinhorn. Breakfast was fabulous too. Lovely owners who genuinely can't do enough to help and to make sure you have everything you need. Fabulous!

It was a quiet location of the main road with a beautiful view of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. Mikael was always around somewhere and very helpful and communicative and approached everything in a relaxed manner which gave the experience a nice relaxed tone. I stayed for one night only, but that was a really pleasant experience overall. The hotel interior is fantastic, there is an interesting ambient all over the place, there is also a beautiful outside garden. Would definitely stay again at BHPKaprun. ✌️👍

Premium location, quiet but in the centre. Design rooms, design hotel, Plenty flowers and the young owner cares at maximum about the comfort of all guests. Very good breakfast= everything fresh, diffent kinds

Smaller room (but was just 2 such small in the hotel acc.to evacuation plan), but for short days stay fully happy. There is a lot of to do = skiing and Therme in the downtown, just walk, so tume in the room is reduced fir just sleeping

This hotel is a beautiful fusion of traditional alpine hotels and modern urban style hotels. I have never ever seen such a clean room, not a single dust spot, or nasty spots in the bathroom - everything tidy! Also, you can see how much effort was put in by the host - decorating the room, making and styling the bed and even the daily cleaning was much more than usual! The breakfast is worth the cost, you get local products, high quality food and table service for your egg and coffee. Thank you for the hosts again, this stay was really one of its kind.

The hotel is very modern and also of good taste The garden is full of flowers and it also has some rocker chairs The room has a balcony also with a rocker chair The bed is very comfortable and the t.v set has all the posdible channels so that you could see anything you like The breakfast is very elegantly served and there are fruits and vegetables that other hotel does not serve There are flowers and decorations on the stairs giving a nice feeling to the visitors The host of the hotel is an admirable young man full of energy and very friendly It was a real pleasure our stay in the hotel I will try to come again as soon as I can

The only problem I had was with the pillows although We got 2for each of us It seems they are made of cotton wool

Good location with a beautiful view towards the mountains. Very pleasant and quiet yard. The beds were comfortable, and the hosts were very friendly.

The wifi connection on the last floor was really bad, and we could barely get any connection. However, this would sometimes be a plus as the idea behind these places is to take a break from technologies.

The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything smelled amazing and the balcony was a great spot for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent and the service was top. Thank you for a great morning! We would definitely come back!

Our bathroom had a sliding door without a lock so it didn’t feel too private. The bed was super comfortable but a little bit small so next time we would book a classic double instead.

I liked EVERYTHING. I would definitely love to come back soon, the hotel is very nice. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the bath products are of very good quality. We had the best breakfast of my entire trip in Austria, and the cappuccino was delicious. The staff at the hotel was very friendly, it feels like being at home. We went during the Christmas season which made the hotel look like a fairy tale.
