+ great atmosphere not only for adults, but for children + very friendly staff, especially Mrs. Rosi & Mr. Mitko + big restaurant with fresh and variable food for breakfast (there could be a few option for fitness/ diet meals at dinner) + kids corner where they can play or watch cartoons + well equipped gym

Cozy restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Very high quality food, served buffet style. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff was able to accommodate our needs for additional pillows and blankets. Location is excellent. Right between the main village and the Kitzsteinhorn gondola. We will most certainly be staying at this property again in the future.
It would have been nice if the hot tub connected to the pool was “hot” versus the temperature of the pool. A minor issue. The boil area overall is superb.

The hotel is exceptional with a fabulous breakfast and great spa facilities. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The set Abendmenu is five varied courses and shows the excellent skills of the chef.

A good hotel to stay in Kaprun with good location close to the bus stop and not far from the cable car station. Rooms are nice and clean . Staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is good. Recommended.

The outdoor pool (natural) and Sauna was exceptional. I love it this way. The property is very cozy and not overstyled. The food is really good and cocktails are well crafted. A really good place to stay! Staff is friendly and professional and always there if you have any questions.
