We arrived by car two people for two nights. We found the place easily. There is a private parking lot next door. We got a room on the first floor, without having to carry our luggage up the stairs. Check in was quick and easy. We received a Summer Card, apparently for free, but at the end of the stay you pay for it. In any case, it pays off if you take advantage of it. He can certainly save quite a bit. The room is spacious and clean, well lit, the bed is comfortable, everything works. There is hot water all the time. We made lettuce and dried it on the spot. The breakfast is full and delicious. The owner of the place gave us some tips for trips that helped us. In the evening we ate at a nearby restaurant, a 5-minute walk away. All in all, a good and pleasant stay.

There was a moment when we felt the over-involvement of the owner of the place. It didn't bother much, but for those who really like silence and prefer silence to excessive niceness, you should take into account that this is a small private house that is photographed and monitored. In any case, he helped us in everything we needed.

I came for the second time to this great hotel, friendly stuff, very welcoming, very clean and a very quiet place. Near to the activities and free parking,what could we ask for more! The owner of this hotel has become our close friend actually, and we’re not writing this good review for our friendship, but for the exceptional service we had from him. I recommend everyone to stay here, you will have a really beautiful memory.

Stayed for 4 nights at this hotel from 9-13 May. Perfect location in the center of Kaprun , very clean room, warm welcoming atmosphere from the host. Highly recommended .

Only few parking spots available . However, the vehicle can be parked at the pavement. Moreover, according to the host ; summer cards are available and valid to be used from 15 May to 31st October each year . Before or after this period the card is not valid.

Pension Patricia is one of the nicer hotels we stayed at in Austria. Located in a beautiful countryside, the pension offers designed and modern rooms with comfortable beds, a closet, a table, a large TV screen where you can also watch Netflix, an electric kettle and a small refrigerator. The bathroom and toilet are also modern and well equipped. We had breakfast every morning which was reasonably priced, rich and varied. But above all and above all - the main thing in this lovely boarding house is the wonderful attitude of Oliver, the owner who is always at the service of the customer, full of good will to help and assist, donates information with kindness and a smile - all these give the guest the feeling that he is most welcome. In addition to that, since we were staying there for four nights, Oliver equipped us with a discount card that saved us a lot of money. Thanks a lot Oliver, and thanks also sweet Hannah who was so sweet to us. We will definitely come back if we can

This is our second time we came to the same hotel , due to it perfect location ,it is a quite place, no noice , Nice people around us . Also there are many Halal Restuarant near us . The person who is responsible on the place is a great , respectful , helpfull man . There are 4 spots for parking cars , there is also a humble breakfast . We loved it 💙

The owner Mr.Oliver was very kind and helpful even he recommended some place to visit and always taking care of the guests, the room was very clean and the breakfast was nice. Just note that there is no air conditioner in the room however there is a fan which worked perfectly for us. Recommend hotel 👍👍👍

We were here for a short vacation. The place is run directly by the owner who is super nice and friendly. Always asks if we need something, always smiling, always super nice and positive. The pension has been renovated recently and is very nice and cosy. Breakfast was very good with delicious hot chocolate. The location of the pension is very quiet, yet close to the city center and ski lifts.

Great breakfast, excellent room size and design, location really near to bus stops (50 m to buss stop for Kaprun ski area and 100 m to buss stop for Zell am See ski area). Also, there are some good restaurants in easy walking distance, so no need to worry for lunch or dinner. Everything is really clean and very well maintained, the staff and the owner are very friendly and ready to help with every need. Definitely will return.

We just stayed 1 night, our goal was to go to Top of Salzburg 3029 m (Kitzsteinhorn car cabin). We were a family of 4 and we were planning to pay about 150 EURO for the Top of Salzburg, but we had a vey nice surprise to get the summer card that covered entirely the car cabin price. The room was very nice and the bathroom very nice as well. Parking for free in front of the location. The staff was very friendly, they've provided us all the needed info: supermarkets, what can we do with the summer card.

We just stayed one night, we've arrived late and left early in the morning, we did not have time to notice something bad at the location. Since the local summer card included a lot of activities, we would like to come back to use all the card benefits.
