We expected a cozy yet luxurious hotel with great food, and that's exactly what we got. The rooms were tastefully and practically furnished. Our view from the room was stunning, and the soft bench under the window was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I absolutely loved the breakfast! There was a wide selection of cheeses, hams, and salamis—so many, in fact, that it was impossible to try them all. Egg dishes were freshly cooked to order. The restaurant didn’t disappoint either. You can enjoy a variety of local dishes with a modern twist. The chef truly knows how to cook a steak, which was a refreshing highlight of our dining experience. The freshness of the ingredients really stood out and made a noticeable difference. It seemed like any wine on the list would be a safe and excellent choice. We were absolutely delighted with our stay and couldn’t have been happier with our decision.

Everything was perfect Petra was so supportive. You feel the hospitality from the first moment you enter the hotel View of the room was out of this world. Choose your room carefully, it worth every euro Location is perfect. Only 10 - 12 minutes from Zell Am See , and very near Kaprun attractions.

Two minor suggestions: 1- A wider selection of pillow types should be offered to accommodate different preferences. 2- The TV should support streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube

Very friendly staff, absolutely amazing breakfast with bio products, super delicious warm pastries and bread! Modern renovated rooms, great interior design.

Fantastic apartment with a really nice sauna (glass wall. You can also see the mountain through the sauna's window). Decorated with taste, mountain view from a large sofa on a platform. Beautiful and large bathroom with a big shower and a very nice design tub. You can see the bathroom from your bed (or use the bathroom curtain to prevent it). Has an additional room with two more bed. Very well located, near everything. Very nice terrasse with a lounge chair, table and ashtray. Plenty of space/closet for clothes. Very comfy mattress/bed. Very large and clean apartment. Free parking (also has two spots for charging if you own an electric car). Free Kaprun Summer card to many attractions.

Expensive "destination fees" (39 euros). Not sure why? No reason given. Considering the pretty high price for the apartment, adding these fees seems a bit cheap. It's not a matter of price but for the principle. No cart for luggage, no one to help either (lots of stairs and a long corridor). Breakfast doesn't offer much although it was ok. No reception. You have to call if something needed. Wifi a bit slow.

Our stay in Margarethenstein Boutique Hotel was amazing. The room was perfect, spacious, warm and clean.We had big balcony and a beautiful wiev. If you're booking your stay here make sure breakfast is included 'cause it's one of the best ones you will ever have. Summer cards are also included, wich is great, because you either get free tickets for some activities or a discount for them. Petra is amazing, you can ask her for help whatever you may need. Hopefully we are back again in winter☺️

Loved the room and the sauna. After a long skiing day it was an excellent way to relax. The location is absolutely superb. The management (two sisters) are always there and ready to help. Thank you!

The cleaning did not pick up/cleaned used glasses, plates. It was actually the only downside with the service. Another thing is - you need to carry your suitcases yourself as there is no one (man) to assist.

A new, well-appointed boutique hotel that is beautifully designed and very comfortable. The location in central Kaprun is excellent for skiing and walking elsewhere. The included multi-course dinner especially was fantastic.

Some of the kinks are still being ironed out on what I presume is a newly opened property. Our room kettle didn't work, some days our coffee/spoons weren't replenished, we never had a 'DND' sign provided - all of which are easily fixed, and prevented with a checklist. The biggest change I'd request is that breakfast starts 15 minutes earlier. The current starting time of 0730 means that if you'd like to be in the queue for the start of the Gletscherjet lift, you must rush breakfast (and be a bit on the late end, still).

Great room, wonderful breakfast, fancy shower. The staff was very welcoming.

No reception so we had to wait outside to check in. No direct lift access - you need to climb a short staircase to get to your room with the luggage. Booking.com claims it is ski to door but actually it is not - 5 min walk to the lift. Overall great place but at >$400/night the value for money is sub optimal.

Everything was perfect! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the whole place had a cozy and relaxing vibe. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable — we love to come back!
