There isn't details during the reservation, such as the presence of an amount paid for cleaning, there is no luggage service, there is no daily cleaning of the apartment or exchange of towels, this must be clarified before booking.

We were satisfied with apartments location, kitchen equipment, as well as that each bedroom had its own WC.

We have known that changing of towels has to be paid extra. Therefore we bought toilet extra needed toilet paper and throw the garbage by ourselves into dumpster.

Location vs distance to Meiskogel. Very nice bathroom, very comfortable bed, plenty of space, close to shops. Restaurant and underground parking in the building. Very good ski room. Clean and warm. Nice surprise at the entrance: nice heart made of quilt. Good and fast internet. Nice and friendly personnel (reception service and waiters).

No TV in bedroom, incomplete kitchen equipment (no baking tray, only a large metal frying pan to which food sticks, no jug for hot drinks). In living room, the sofa is placed sideways to the TV, which causes discomfort while watching.

The Apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy with a huge amount of space for the whole family. The location is incredible, with the Main Street only a few metres away and the gondola to the Maiskogel less than 5 minutes walk away. So if you are skiing then you have no need to catch a bus and can access both the Maiskogel and Kitzheinhorn by foot/gondola. It’s literally perfect.

Brand new accommodation with fully equipped apartments, luxurious rooms and amazing views. Close to the city of Salzburg but far enough to feel quietness of the natural surroundings. Amazing host with great attention to details, very responsive and respectful answering all queries asap. I specifically liked that it’s near all the amazing lakes and villages

The hotel staff was so welcoming and actually been very helpful during our stay. I can’t really remember the names but I have talked to 3 different receptionist who were very nice. The apartment was roomy and has everything we needed and more, especially when we found a bidet in the bathroom.

We were hoping for better view but we really didn’t ask for it.

The host she was very helpful and amazing, the location is perfect next to everything. Perfect breakfast, great parking space, the host made the stay very nice and easy for us. I definitely recommend this hotel

No daily cleaning , the bed covers are long for a single person which was uncomfortable.
