I have stayed in several hotels in Kaprun, but this time it really was number one. I would definitely go here again. Breakfast was at the expected excellent level, selection and quality. Excellent local menu and á la carte cuisine, which does not play on anything, but it has quality. You can feel that this hotel gives it its attention. The entire hotel crew with whom I was in contact during my stay was wonderful, especially in the restaurant. We slept great. The rooms are well equipped and the cleanliness is great. For the money, we got what we expected, that's all.

I can't really think of anything.

The room is spacious- very important if you come for a ski-vacay :) it was warm (maybe a bit too warm at night) and very clean. The sauna ist great (3 different temperatures and a steam room) and it was not too busy. We also really enjoyed the "silent room". The stuff is polite, kind and ready to help. The local white wine we had for dinner was top, so until the next time 🥂

There could be more food to choose at breakfast. The sauna-towels should be bigger.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and we felt just great! There's a bus station 1 min away from the hotel that takes you every hour to the gondola. The apartment we rented was clean, big, silent and cozy. Breakfast was very diverse and reach. We had dinner almost every night as the food is great and not so expensive, and the sauna, steam bath, resting area and showers are really nice. The stuff is super friendly, very educated and well trained. We felt like in a family because of how nice they were all the time. Even when I'd ask a lot of questions online, the receptionists were always responding fast and replying very polite and will all requested details. They are the best. I would return to this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The water in the pool was a bit too cold to enjoy it.

The food is amazing there. Also a cozy bar in the evening if you want to sit there and relax. People in the reception were very nice and kind. We had the departure after the reception closing times, so we had a call with one girl - Arina and she let us the keys on the reception so we could go to our room later - thank you very much for the gesture! Very nice rooms. The bus stops really close to the hotel and you are in 10 min aprox. near to the lifts to Kitzsteinhorn. Also you can park close to the hotel. It was also perfekt for dogs. It was no problem to have her in the room.

Location was about 10 min walk to cable cars. The bus comes every 30 min's which stop is close to hotel. The spa and pool area is wonderful for relaxing after day skiing . The Gym has free weights and excerise Mat. The weights machine(3) are old but do work.

Beds were to too hard for my back. They have thin matteries where where would be nice after skiing to have a soft bed. Of course this is from my pespective. The Gym cardo machines are very old/most do not work( treadmill/Stepper/Bike) on my visit time. I would try to have the Gym with a view out than in basement.

Fantastic hotel, loved my stay at Votters. Perfect base for a summer hiking holiday. Comfy beds, big rooms, nice balcony. Lots of choice at breakfast, and especially good coffee! We ate in the restaurant every night bar one.... they have some dishes available every night, and also a menu that changes every day - we never struggled to choose a lovely meal. But by far the best bit of the stay was the staff - every member of staff was lovely, helpful and went above and beyond - from helping dry wet hiking gear - to helping us choose routes / things to do - to filing up our very big water bottles each morning. Was hard to pack up and check out! They are also part of the Summer Card initiative, which was frankly amazing - free cable cars (almost all of them) / free bus travel / free lift and bus to kesselfall and the mountain lakes.

The room is perfectly big (we stayed in the Comfort room option). The hotel positioned a bit out of center but not far to walk there and to cable lift. Good place to stay with your dog. Swimming pool and Sauna area - just right to have after the hiking day. And a beer in the bar (or an ice cream for kids) to finish you day. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is good with different food varieties.

All was good. I can only propose to mark the parking outside to make sure that guests are parking in order and not occupying 2 places :-)

It was perfect. Very kind service on reception. A lot of usefull instructions were given by receptionist. Thanks:-) Perfect breakfasts using local sources and farmers and kind service on morning shifts. Clean swimming pool and wellness spaces. Good hotel equipment. Good location. Nice experience with Kaprun-Zell am See summer card.

Little disappoinment with staff in restaurant. Feedback was shares immediatelly.

Summer card included gives access to lot of free entries and activities and you recover full cost of stay by using this . The hotel is amazing value for money and it is far more luxurious than I imagined for the price paid. The breakfast is just amazing . You can make out that the owners are personally overseeing all the details. Location is central . Public transport is free with the summer card. The car museum in basement is a must see .

Visited the hotel outside the high season. Despite this, the staff was very helpful, all services worked 100%. And if someone loves old cars. The hotel has a wonderful, surprisingly large museum of cars, motorbikes. That is a must see.

It's a shame there wasn't more snow in Kaprun, it would have been perfect. But that's not related to the hotel :-)
