After changing my apartment, the view was amazing and the apartment was excellent

The place of residence was beautiful after my apartment was changed because it was on the ground floor. In fact, it was like a basement, and anyone entering the building could see us in the hall. The hall does not have curtains, but rather has light net curtains, and this makes the apartment uncomfortable. Indeed, after submitting a complaint, an amount of 200 euros was paid. To change the apartment to a higher one and have more rooms because there is no other apartment, and the new apartment had a wonderful view The internet was very, very weak and the reception was not cooperative in responding via WhatsApp, according to what I was informed, any WhatsApp request will be processed.

Rooms are big, the whole apartment is equipped better than my house. Nice design, convenient layout. Wellness is great as well & skiroom very useful. Instructions were clear, and English was not a problem. We will return soon & I'll be also coming with my family next time.

NA / Maybe the cash deposit. As Euros isn't our currency, it is not convenient to leave the property with so much cash. I can understand the concerns due to the apartment equipment, but the deposit can be taken from credit / debit card easily as well.

Location was decent, small walk to the village and lift. Busses to Zell Am See drive on a 30min basis. Spa facilities were excellent and very welcome after a day of snowboarding. Rooms were very spacious and quiet. We were also able to checkin early because we drove at night. The staff helped us very well to check if the apartment was already clean. Ski room to store your boots was also very spacious.

As mentioned in other reviews. You have to go through the garage to get to the spa facilities. But since I knew this, it wasn't a problem for us.

According to the description of the apartment, we were supposed to have a washing mashine included. But there wasn't one. Our stay was short, but if it would be longer, it could be a problem. It is better to ensure this before arrival.

The Apartment was wonderful. I have no words to that. Absolutely amazing.

Personal could give you more thrash bags and tablets to dishwasher. If you are here for more than 3 night you will need them.

Modern, spacious and clean and really well equipped. Sauna and pool easy to access

wc brushers and frying pans should be renewed. Extra Toilet paper in the hotel should be provided free of charge

the " dark " corridors as lights automatically shut to save energy ! Kids don't like it .
