Possibility to arrive on another day than only the Saturday during school holiday season is great for those that can arrive 1 day earlier! It avoids you to search for a 1 night hotel. Quiet street but not too far from busstop and Kaprun center/Maiskogel ski lift. Free parking next to the house. Warm and clean appartment with large hall for all the ski shoes.. Beds in the 1 sleeping room were good. Soap, shampoo from Rituals delivered and also dishwasher tablets. Nice big oven. large balconies on 2 sides and view on the castle. Spa cards available and easy check-in with key-safe and good locking system on the door. Good and quick communication with the owner. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is like the description and the photos.

The apartment was amazing and we enjoyed our stay there. The skiing was excellent too and all in all a perfect week.

Lack of toilet paper and we had to get some of our own, and shops shut on a Sunday was a challenge.

The owner of the house is very respectful and was very friendly with us. He sent us all the information about the house. The house was very clean and had all the necessities. The house is very close to the center of Kaprun. It was a very wonderful experience and we will repeat it in the future. Thank you very much, Frank.

Super clean, comfortable with a great location - close to the skibus, as well as to the city centre, not at the main street, so very quiet at the same time. Well equipped kitchen, decent size of the whole appartment for 5 people, ski room downstairs, lovely views. Absolutely great host - approachable and very flexible. Highly reccomended! We will definitely come back.

The villa don’t have AC we have to open the window but the its not a good idea because all mosquitoes coming from outside

The apartment is new and has a lot of space. the owner set the sofa bed upfront and when we came very late at night my kid could go to sleep right away.

Perfect big appartment for family. Great location - close to Kaprun centre but a little hidden and very silent with great view to Kaprun castle. Really great comunications with owner. We also had some nice gift - Tauren SPA cards.

Very good and quiet location within Kaprun. Perfect cleanliness and _very_ comfortable beds, which is a rare thing nowadays. Very good facilities to store skiing gear, wash, etc.

Excellent apartmenet with magnificent view on Kitztieinhorn. Well equioped aprrtement. Very cosi. Good location a few minutes walk to the center of Kaprun.
