Large clean room with nice. Good location for skiing,. Accomodation is only about 5-7 minutes walk from the cable car. Nice enviroment in the guesthouse. Excellent coffee for breakfast. Tea can be brewed in the room.

The bathroom has a very small shower even for a skinny person. Breakfast could be with more choice. The balcony is shared by all rooms and you may be disturbed by neighbours.

Cozy place to stay with great location. We went there for a summer weekend to just wander around and the location was perfect.

For a rainy weather or skiing trip, I would reccomend a different room or place, as there was no place to put your wet clothes. When we asked for something the staff was nice and brought some racks, but there was no rack, no chair, no hooks in the bathroom. TV was not working, which was not an issue for us, and the wifi worked only so so. All these were not a big issue but good to know if the weather is poor or you need to work

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. The owners of the house are very friendly. The feeling was very homey. Beautiful decor! The best view of the city!

kind and respectful owner who promptly answers our questions and help sorting out issues if any. prime location with amazing mountain view of Maria Alm town. parking available. this property is a family business, nice family and safe atmosphere. the view is unique from the balcony because the place is built on a little elevated ground which makes it highly than the town which makes the view superb. cleaning was done daily.

lack of breakfast choices and average quality of coffee. generally, we mainly had bread, coffee and cheese. cold meat was only pork/ham. no proper restaurant on site, only breakfast, but close to restaurants in the area.

The breakfast area is very small. Without many people staying at the hotel our first day there, there were very few breakfast options. As more guests checked in the following day, more breakfast options were available.

Amazing location, views from the garden have to be the best in Maria Alm! Breakfast was very good also. Host was attentive and made me feel very welcome.

This place is simply magical with amazing views of the village and very close to the cable cars! The host was very friendly and we had quite a good chat with him :) Breakfast was good too! Highly recommended! 👍😁😁😁

We really liked this accommodation. The offered price is significantly lower than other options in the city. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with a beautiful presentation - homemade, aesthetic food. Very nice and unique interior.
