Clean and large apartment, fitness in the chalet. Parking inside or outside and very close to the lift. The chalet was very quiet inside, so the place is suitable for rest. The centrum with pubs is a 5 minute walk.

Some apartments have windows to the street that is quite busy. The beds were comfortable, but for us too soft.

Only 400m to get to the Natrunbahn that connects the Charlet with the whole Hochkönig ski area; we used the sauna to relax after a skiing day; very clean and spacious apartment; balcony with view at the slope; essy access with key card; we were even allowed to stay longer than the check-out since nobody booked the apartment after us - that was a nice surprise 🥰

The apartment has an excellent location with a beautiful view. Hanna, the host, was extremely helpful and attentive. The apartment is new, with modern furniture, and everything exceeded our expectations.

++++: First of all let me say that this place was spotless when we arrived. Everything from the bathroom to the kitchen, including all the kitchen utensils and the fridge were super clean. The house is perfect for skiers. Individual lockers for skis and ski boot warmers in the basement. Small gym plus an also super tidy sauna room (you can book one hour slots for free). Two washing machines plus two dryers at everyone’s disposal. It is a 5 mins walk to one of the little tow lifts that brings you right to Natrunbahn. Bread service in the morning. Very polite and helpful owners. - if you have a high car or a roof box chances are you have to park outside since the garage ceiling is rather low, however there is plenty of parking outside the house. -If you are a light sleeper keep in mind that the building is right next to the street. All in all this is a superb place to stay for families or groups of skiers with good value for money. would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sport Chalet Maria Alm. The host, Hannah, was super helpful and responsive and it was easy to deal with a very late check in. We loved the added touches like the sauna room, and well-equipped gym.

the mattress is not that much comfortable , but it was okay !

It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all main appliances. They offered free bicycles for kids which was exciting for my kids.

We don’t have our own washing machine.

The place is safe, comfortable, wonderful, close to all services. All services are available in it without thinking. I will visit it again.

As a family, we really liked Hanna's place. It's very clean, fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi connection and comfortable beds. The gym is really nice and is clearly put together by a person who knows how to use the stuff -- actually, one of the best 'hotel' gyms I've used. Hanna's hospitality was above&beyond our wishes, and we felt truly welcome. With Hochkönig card included, this place is an excellent base to explore the Hochkönig area in summer. Maria Alm itself is a wonderful place and clearly stands out among other villages around, including Zell am See.

The location is exceptional. The host is kind and supportive. The kitchen is fully equipped. The gym is a big plus. Plenty of car parking for the guests. Honchkoing summer cards were provided.
