The room was very nice, the beds were comfortable, the staff was nice, the surroundings were nice. We liked that We could put our bikes in a locked room in the basement. We liked the breakfast and that We could make our own juice. In the room We could also make tea and coffee(We brought own coffeee )

It was very warm in the room and we couldnt cool it much down for the night.. We asked for a fan, but we didnt get one.

Breakfast was excellent. Such a big variety and so fresh. You can choose savoury and sweet options from a menü which was extra. Spa area was also a favourite. Crew was super nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this place for others. Would love to return. Perfect location if you'd like to go skiing. ( 3 huge ski areas are 10-15 minutes away by car)

Perfect location, next to the conference centre, with access from inside the building. Good breakfast. Spacious room. Super panoramic rooftop sauna in a ski lift cabin.

No lactose free milk or yogurt at breakfast (maybe I should have asked). The sink overflow opening should also be cleaned.

Location and superb breakfast awesome staff and team. I was upgraded to a bigger room instead of a single bedded room.

Unfortunately the weather is so hot and no aircon. But the front desk was kind to give a small desk fan for my 6 days stay here.

The best thing about the property for me was the lovely staff! They were so accommodating and made my stay so comfortable. They were also trying to help out in the best way possible whenever needed. Breakfast was great. Room was very beautiful and clean. 10/10 recommended ☺️

The hotel is in the heart of the city. For going to ski is perfect. The Skibus stop is just 1 minute away. Breakfast in very good and the staff was very friendly. The wellness area is very nice and very quiet. We spent a lot of time there after the ski session.

The wellness area opens at 3:00 PM. For the people that want to stay and enjoy the hotel this is very bad since they cannot enjoy the facilities. We ask for late checkout. Unfortunately it was not possible although in the books in every room it states that for some amount of money you can do it and stay until 6:00 PM.

My son was sick and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. We received extra blankets and they make multiple telephone calls for us to help facilitate transportation, etc. Breakfast was terrific. I especially loved the juicer.

The only thing that was disappointing was that the steam room didn't work.

This is a historic property in the old town Center. it has been very stylishly modernized. the rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing: the usual good buffet + custom orders of bacon and eggs or pancakes or eggs Benedict, etc. There were fluffy bathrobes and slippers for the spa but we didn’t use it.

Parking is a bit tricky across the street and the location is not ideal for a ski holiday but it was a lovely, traditional spot for the night.

Everything, it was a super relaxing experience. There was a really nice gym, an amazing wellness floor. Above all the staff really helpful and nice all the time.

We didn’t find anything we didn’t like.
