We were very pleasantly surprised from check-in to check-out. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The apartment exceeded our expectations, it is very spacious and well equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed. The hotel restaurant prepared delicious meals that delighted our children. The swimming pool was very clean and warm, it was impossible to take the children away, the sauna was also liked it for its cleanliness and space. In addition, there is a lot of entertainment for children. I look forward to visiting this area again and staying with you. P.S. 1 minute to charging station for an e-car

The rooms were good with balcony, there were separate rooms and a kitchen, the view from the room were to die for.

The location, if you are wanting to enjoy zell am see this is only 10mins away but, the public transport is every 1 hour so if u miss u have to wait for long, also the last bus fromm zell am see is at 7 in the evening so you have to use the taxi, also you dint get the summer card which includes all the activities u need to pay for everything if u don't have summer card and you cannot buy it, u can only get from participating hotels in Zell am see

Hotel is close to ski resort -15 minutes drive by car , there are a big swimming pool with warm water and sauna (it is international hotel so you do not need be naked indoor 👍), our room was with kitchen with all needed equipment and balcony with mounting view🏔️ . Huge parking spot and ski room, close to hotel there are some hiking trial so you never be bored

As further recommendation - EV charging will be a good option!

This place was a breath of fresh air after many expensive run down places. Free parking lots of parking. Exceptional staff all so lovely. Facilities are spotless and modern. It has a fantastic pool its huge and warm and clean and sauna as well. Has a small garden small which is cute. Our 2 bedroom was huge w a murphy bed extra and a shutting door to dining area so really 3 bedrooms. All the kitchen stuff u need. Washer and dryer avaliable in Basement for 3 Euros a load and soap provided. I can not say how Exceptional this place is and so cheap for what you get. Nice balconies.

The location is by a busy road you hear with windows open. Without a car looks kind of hard to get around but maybe there are buses. I had a car. 10 minutes to Zell em Zee which is usually where people are headed in this area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be more convenient, with easy access to various activities. The peaceful and cozy atmosphere made for a relaxing getaway. The facilities were spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was nice, and the beds were incredibly comfy. Highly recommended!

The residence was really ok, nice apartment with living room, bedroom and bathroom. Quite spacious and comfortable. The view outside was extremely nice. Saalfelden is situated close to Salzburg and Innsbruck. There was an inside swimming pool which we used. Staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. Village nearby with large supermarket.

Not that much to be fair. It was just as we expected it to be.

Staff was really friendly. Hotel was clean and nice with sufficient equipment. In the hotel we used parking, bike store, swimming pool, biliard, ping-pong table,...

Hotel is situated in the middle of nothing. But with car or bike its totally ok :)

We felt welcome, they don't have any chef and we knew it, but manager made pizza for us and recommended us to use their game room with billiard and table tennis. Finnish sauna was nice and 16m long and 1.9m deep swimming pool greatly exceeded our expectations. Also, pool was open till 22:00, which is great. We spent olny 1 night but Ramada Residences has already become one of our favourites.

You need to approach the property from the south of road 311 or pass it and then make a U turn. You can't turn left. Though it is just a minor incovenience.

Incredible views of the mountains from the room. While searching, I assumed the pictures of the room's views were slightly enhanced. Turns out they are not :) The room also had a small kitchenette area which was very convenient as we had the option of preparing a few things in the room and didn't have to go out for every meal. The hotel's location is also very convenient: Saalfelden is close to Zell am See and the Gross Glockner High Alpine route but not as expensive and touristy.
