I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The suite was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and beautifully furnished, which made for a very comfortable experience. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options, including choices that were well-suited for Arab guests, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and thoughtful service.

We booked during off season so the hotel was relatively quiet. Upon arrival, we were surprised to have an upgrade as Mrs Maya was generous enough to give us a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with the most amazing view!! Fantastic Finnish Sauna with real stone, very plush and quality feel of the property. Our apartment/suite had everything that we needed and more so short or long stays will be super comfy. The staff was very hospitable, kind and thoughtful. Absolutely want to visit the property again soon, could go on and on about the place.

Maybe could add some vegetarian options for breakfast :)

We arrived right before the reception would close and we had a great welcome and a nice surprise that we got an upgrade to the suite!!! The suite was so spacious with 2 bathrooms and a bathtub on the terrace outside with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet is so delicious! Prosecco is included and you can order eggs and pancakes fresh. You can also make your own fresh juice. We also like the sauna area where you can add a scent to infuse the water and make the sauna steamy. Amazing restaurants in Kaprun in walking distance like Hillberger‘s Beisl. Skibus a short walk away. All in all, an excellent relaxing experience, this was our second time and we will be back!

The view and location

Due to the layout and proximity of the buildings, privacy was difficult to maintain at times — especially when using the balcony, which felt almost like being outside in full view. Additionally, on several nights, the smell of cooking from other units was very strong and lingered inside the apartment, which was quite uncomfortable and disruptive. These are important factors to consider when booking

The suite located in a hill area from one side you are in the 2nd floor but from the balcony which has a bathtub ( which I couldn’t use ) you will find yourself in ground level exposed to parking cars. No air conditioning ( fan was provided). We couldn’t open the windows because there was no net preventing insects getting inside. Also the window in the bedroom facing the reception area.

Very nice location in a quiet neighborhood! Breakfast was really nice, the staff was super helpful and the room excellent. We were lucky to get an upgrade of our room, and it was wonderful. If we ever go back to Kaprun we will most certainly check if Avenida has space for us!

On the last night we had some noisy upstairs neighbors. Not really the staff's fault or anything, but it was a bit annoying as they woke us up early in the morning (around 6AM).

The apartment is beautiful with a wonderful view. The rooms are somewhat small, but the apartment is clean and new. There is no luggage carrying service. I have a small comment: there is a coffee machine in the lobby, and when I used it, I was told that I had to pay — it’s not free.

Excellent helpful staff checked us in and showed us to our room. Free car park with plenty of space for us. Room was very clean and comfortable. Zell am See Summer card was one reason we booked this property and we made full use of the offers. Free soft drinks provided in the room.

Our room was on the ground floor so the balcony and room didn’t offer as much privacy as we would have liked. A thin privacy screen for the curtain rail would be a great addition to the room.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Loved the location. The kitchenware was clean. I didn't need to buy more kitchenware. I liked the private Sauna and private outdoor Jacuzzi. Clean towels and bathrooms. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Poor cleaning under the beds. When I checked-in, I found used underwear under a bed. The kitchen is not part of their daily housekeeping. No Air conditioning but they gave us small fans to cool the rooms which was noisy but reduced the heat.

This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel and I can only confirm this establishment can be set as a top example for the hospitality sector. Customer experience approach of all team is exceptional - they will do all they can to make your stay outstanding. It goes without saying the facility is top notch - rooms are modern, hotel is well situated in a quiet area, sauna is a plus and breakfast is varied and tasty :). For me its the personal approach of the team which makes the difference - from an excellent hotel to a superb place to stay, which stays in your memory … Reinhard, Martine, Maja, Dori, Gyorgy, Mirela and all the team - thank you, I will be back ;)

There is nothing I didn’t like ;) But as there is always a space for improvement and upgrade ;) - I would suggest installation of a cooling tank in the outside area of sauna - this would be great especially in the winter.
