I had a spacious room which was recently refurbished and the spa has a spectacular view to the outside area.

My room was on the second floor and the hotel has no elevator, which was a bit heavy to carry my luggage upstairs.

The Breakfast was excellent, if fact the food was excellent all round. the staff were incredibly friendly. Although a bus ride from the slopes this really wasn't an issue and we soon found our way around. Taxi's were easy to come by too and not too expensive. In all a fantastic Holiday and a Hotel I definitely recommend

There is nothing I can think of to make the stay any better.

I want to thank the hotel owner for upgrading my room to a bigger room with a better view. Thank you. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I thank the staff who prepared the breakfast. Plenty of hotel parking is available. A swing and a slide are available for children. There is a beautiful and clean outdoor pool in the form of a small lake. The hotel is very suitable for families.

Nothing . I wish there was a small fridge only .

We weren’t offered the “summer card” on arrival which meant that we missed out on some free activities

Very friendly stuff. Strategic place, you can reach all free ski resorts very easily. Simple and tasty breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and service-minded staff. We needed late check-in, which they took care of in a smooth way. Nice breakfast buffet.

It's in a quiet little village near Zell Am See. It's comfortable enough, the breakfast is good It's clean...ish and there are parking spots all around. The restaurant is good too, unfortunately it is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays

- The furniture is a little dated. - It's not normal for a pension in a tourist area to have a waiter that doesn't speak a bit of English. And it was pretty unpleasant for us to be reminded after dinner that the bill does not include the tip. It's a shame, because the rest of the stuff was super ok (they even prepared us coffee from the bar at breakfast, at no extra cost)
