Very nice new hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the ski lift and to all shops and restaurants in Zell am See. Breakfast was excellent. Honesty bar works well. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Bedrooms are very tight and compact, even the superior room. A full length mirror would be a nice addition to the room as well as a brighter main light. Check out option prior to reception opening was not made clear.

We were upgraded to a bigger room on arrival which was really lovely. The hotel is in a quiet area of town but only 5 mins walk to the centre, main bus terminal and one of the cable cars. 10 mins to train station. Spotlessly clean and we knew and liked the fact that rooms were not cleaned daily. Breakfast was great, every choice you could think of from cereals, fruit, yoghurt, breads, cheeses and cooked. Staff all very friendly and helpful. We would absolutely return. Despite it being 30+c we found the rooms fine as long as we kept curtains and doors shut in the day.

Breakfast was good, including vegetarian and dairy-free milk options and a vegan cake option. It was great having a small pool to relax in. Good location - near the lido and lake, a short walk from town centre and the city xpress cable car, and short walk to the bus stop to get to other nearby cable cars and mountains. Inclusion of the summer card was brilliant, didn't need to pay for public transport, cable cars or access to the lido. Room was very clean. Beds comfy.

The only negative was that the pool didn't feel very hygenic; on some days there seemed to be a lot of hair in the pool! Not sure if the filters might need looking at.

lovely breakfast.pleanty of food choice. The receptionist gabriel was a fantastic help on reception. Lovely relaxing sauna area, pool a little smaller than expected but this new hotel is lovely..

The size of the room was absolutely ridculous with two large adults and baggage we could barely fit. Absolutley no hanging space as the ironing board in the room. the bathroom door opened onto the bed. really bad design for function. More style than substance.

Equipment and furniture in the apartment

The location is in the middle of a residential neighborhood. There is not enough indoor or outdoor parking available, although I booked a free parking, but I had to park the vehicle in the public parking and pay the parking fee during the non-free hours! Also, there is no air conditioner or fan in the apartments to cool the air, especially in the summer, when the weather is very hot!

Very well equipped room with small kitchenette. Modern and clean . Lovely pool and sauna area Honesty bar , plenty of seating Warm and comfortable

Very small room as I said above , very well equipped with modern amenities , tea / coffee , small kitchenette with sink and crockery and glasses and fridge . Ideal for breakfast in room or takeaway pizza . Limited parking and if you don't get hotel parking ( 12 euro per day ) , the options are limited - street parking is via a machine that lasts for 3 hours , or drive to ski lift daily ( kaprun and glacier parking is plentiful) or pay for 24 hour parking at Rathaus ( 42 euro for 24 hours ) We found it expensive for what it was but we did book over new year . We had two rooms ( due to availability) but if I booked again I would go for a 2 room apartment . Great location , close to center and lake and town swimming pool .

Expectedly upgraded to a larger apartment (thank you!). Spacious and well equipped rooms. Good breakfast options for vegetarians. Attentive and friendly staff. Relax with complimentary coffee on the outside patio or visit the indoor pool and sauna. Hotel located 10 min walk from train/bus stations and the lake with it's many bars, restaurants and water sports. The Zell Summer Pass provided by hotel offers free access to transport, lidos and much more!

Excellent location, the kitchen window was like a painting, we could see the lake, the mountains, so beautiful. Very clean room, big terrace, I liked the ''honesty card'' policy at the bar.:) walking distance to the main streets and one of the ski lifts. We will come back in the summer! Big, easy to access parking with electrical charging station, which was great since we have an electric car. Self check out process very easy. Pool was very nice, very crowded in the evening but not in the morning.

No restaurant for dinner in this hotel. Only breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, incredibly modern and comfortable. Communal bar area inside and out for relaxing and the breakfast was very good. Location is great a short walk to the Lake and old town. Parking very easy and reasonably priced. Pool and spa a real bonus. The Summer card is outstanding value you get with a summer booking. We used the trains, bus, boy and cable cars and it’s such great value.

Rooms are not air conditioned which made it a bit warm in summer but manageable.
