The apartment is in a very nice location. Parking: you have your own underground parking. Easy access to the elevator from the garage. Location: city centre and everything around you. View: perfect view to the mountain. Plenty of space in the apartment. Easy to move around. The apartment had all the kitchen requirements.

Although the apartment was clean but there was cooking or food smell in the apartment when we entered. The ventilation at the apartment was bad especially in the bathroom where they work for seconds only. The laundry room is downstairs and it require money for using it. Some lighting in the rooms were not in good condition. Check in at a different place than the apartment.

The location is great, right in the city and close to a lot of attractions. The view from the windows is great, directly to mountains and the river next to the building adds a nice noise if the windows are open. We had a late check-in and the way it was explained and delivered, with the instructional video, was amazing. Very easy to find where and how to get keys from the box. The stuff was very pleasant and helpful with suggestions for attractions around. Also, in the price was included a welcome card with free tickets for public transport and quite a few attractions (cable cars, gorge walk, etc.) The parking space was included in the price, and it is right in the underground basement.

Everything was just perfect! It was one of the amazing stays I've ever had in my travel history as I the apartment is located in the center of Zell am See. Everything is nearby and within a walkable distance. The view from windows and balcony is breathtaking. I wish I could extend my stay little bit longer to enjoy and got relaxed more. The tourism card which was provided by the property is a bonus as we enjoyed lots of free and discounted events at different locations around Zell am See. It was the first time and won't be the last time to stay at this property for sure.

Loved location, have been to Zell am See 7 years ago and stayed nearby at Hotel Tirolerhof. My sister and I enjoyed the large size apartment with the luxury of of a separate bedroom and bathroom each at either end of the apartment.

All pillows were very uncomfortable. Only managed to get hot water once in our one week stay in order to have a bath in the evening which I always enjoy at home. My sister had her usual morning shower with hot water each day of our stay with no problems. Had great difficulty closing the heavy sliding balcony doors. We had some one from reception try and show us how to do so but he said that the mechanism had been damaged by previous guests. We also had to ask for someone to program the television in the lounge so we could listen to it in English. This wasn't an easy straight forward thing which we could have done.

Location is amazing a few minutes walk into town and just a few more minutes to the lake! Perfect!! We had an issue with our safe and the reception staff sorted it out for us so quickly, they were brilliant.

Could’ve done with some basics in the kitchen, salt, pepper, oil. Wardrobe door in the second bedroom was broken, but didn’t effect our holiday and we reported it.

The property is located in a good location and the balcony gives you a good view. Parking provided by the property is a plus point. I would recommend Alpen Parks residence for families.

The fact that you have to collect the keys from the hotel and return it back which is inconvenient although it's close by the apartment. No Air-condition in the apartment which tends to get a bit hot, if you're travelling during summertime. Apartment cleaning service is available at an extra cost which is very expensive. The mattress and pillows looked quite old.

Its strategic proximity to the village center and the serene lake makes it an ideal choice. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff exhibited remarkable cooperation. Furthermore, guests are generously provided with the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card. I extend my heartfelt appreciation for this outstanding level of service and wholeheartedly recommend it

In the event of warm weather during your stay, it's worth mentioning that this establishment doesn't feature air conditioning, but rather ceiling fans for ventilation. Furthermore, for travelers in search of accommodations equipped with a bidet, kindly note that this particular place does not provide this amenity

Perfect location. Short 3-5 minute Walk to ski lift, Also located in the center of town for easy access to the beautiful Lake Zell am See, bars, shops and restaurants. 5 minute drive to the bigger supermarkeds. The staff where you Pick up the apartment key from where so warm and friendly, both to us and to our dog. The apartment was a really good size, 2 very large and comfortable double rooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet and an extra toilet, Big Living area/dining area and kitchen. The sofa turns into a sofa bed as Well. The apartment is beautifully furnished. The beds were amazing to sleep in, after a day of skiing, the matras was a god send. The kitchen Well equipped with everything you need. Maybe some extra teatowels, cloths and towels in general Would be a good addition. We Will definently be back.

Centrally located lovely apartment with amazing mountain view. Apartment was nice and clean and equipped with all necessities for a pleasant stay. Train station, bus station and zell market is just 5-7 min walk. Had a wonderful stay with my family and kids. Would definitely come again.

There's nothing you cannot like about the apartment and overall the place.

Very well furnished modern apartment with a 360 degree view of snow covered peaks and a view of the lake. Clean linen, modern bathrooms and comfy beds. Photos do justice to the property. Incredibly spacious living area. Included the Kaprun summer card which is an absolute must in Zell am See. Do not choose a property without the summer card included.
