Excellent location very close to shops and lake. Great spa and lovely staff. Room (family 1 bed apartment ) excellent with fridge and kettle etc. beds comfy. Excellent breakfast choice. Can hire e bikes from the hotel. Twice weekly yoga sessions provided on Weds and Sat mornings

This hotel comes up on booking .com as having air conditioning but not all rooms have it. It was one thing I specifically wanted and why I chose this hotel but the apartment rooms do not have it. It is on the main road so having the windows open was too noisy with traffic noise. We asked about changing rooms to one with air conditioning but we would have had to have 2 double rooms and pay another £700 which wasn’t possible Pillows were not very comfortable Overall however the hotel was great but if you are visiting in the summer it would be good to be aware of. Maybe the hotel could put a small air conditioning unit in these lovely rooms? Had to pay €18 per day for car parking Charged daily for mobility /transport cards which we thought was included ‘free’

No coat hooks in the rooms, boot room is terrible as it’s too small and cramped, it has carpet tiles in the floor which are permanently soaked, boot walmers aren’t warm enough. The hotel should remove the gym and put the boot room there Evening meal food is good but not great, cozy double rooms are cramped especially with two people, little details could be better like having candle bulbs in the wall lights instead of the golf ball type It can get very very busy in the wellness and the outdoor pool/jacuzzi is a couple of degrees too cold

Rooms and hotel have been recently renovated and are of an excellent standard. Breakfast was great and the evening meal was of a very high standard. Could not fault the location either with both ski lifts and the town centre only minutes walk away,

They seem to have decided to play dance music with a heavy base beat in the communal bar area in the evenings. This is not in keeping with their clientele and they really need to reconsider, this is not conducive to friends sitting and sharing time together after their evening meal.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was lovely. We really liked how they brought the traditional Austrian wood carvings from throughout the hotel into the modern rooms by printing these patterns onto the headboard. We also loved the spa facilities, the Aroma sauna was so soothing and the upstairs area to relax too. Breakfast was good with a great selection of very tasty fruit.

The ham and cheese at breakfast could have been cooled a little better. A fridge in the room would have been handy. Body moisturiser in the room would have also been great.

Spa… and arrangements there. I actually felt rather unsafe: altough I have been wearing swim suit in the sauna multiple times in different spas, this was the first time I was approached by several men (different occasions) that I should take the swim suit off. One of them even said that he (and his wife) can make me feel very uncomfortable. As the guidance from the hotel, is in fact, request to take the swim suit off, I feel that there is very limited possibilities to do anything different. How can any hotel require people being naked in the sauna?!

The staff really went above and beyond, they were all so helpful and friendly especially Florian, Monika and Laura. The accommodation was very clean and the rooms comfortable having just been refurbished. Breakfast was good and the outdoor pool and spa area were excellent. Location was perfect and the parking was great. My wife and I had a great time and will be back soon. The hotel is very well situated for the beautiful town of Zell am See and surrounding area.

There was no air conditioning and the rooms was warm... the hotel immediately provided a fan and it cooled the room down nicely, no problem. I requested a small fridge and that was already in the room ahead of check in!

Really great hotel, very close to both the town and the City Xpress ski lift and bus stop for access to other lifts/resorts. The staff were excellent, really couldn’t have been more helpful. The restaurant staff were particularly good. Half board was a great choice, good breakfast selection and really nice dinners - actually surpassed expectations. Spa is a fab extra feature and not very busy. We had an issue with our room but we were moved to a new one easily and the staff were really good about it. Highly recommend.

Stayed half board with a group of 10 skiing for the week everyone was very happy with the hotel and location. The spa was great and welcome after skiing all day. The staff very friendly especially Janoe (hope I spelled that right!) and the bar man. walking distance to the ski lifts, half board wasn’t too expensive and tasty food, hotel organised it so we all sat together without asking. we defo want to return next year!

The location was wonderful, the staff were so helpful, the room was spacious clean and was very relaxing , I loved the balcony with views to the mountain. The Half board was of a high quality, the breakfast was lavish (the scrambled eggs were just the best!!) and Dinner was prepared and served to a much higher standard and quality than I had expected Bravo!! We will return in the winter, the staff explained further modernisation is taking place so I am very excited to return. A lovely Hotel!

The staff were very helpful and accommodating especially when we had a couple of issues with the room and it was nice to come back to a freshly made bed every day. The facilities such as the pool and spa were fantastic after a big day and the buffet breakfast was delicious every morning. The location was really good and close to the train station and the mountain views from the room were really nice as well.

The shower was quite small in the budget doppelzimmer for my partner who is quite tall and broad. This is a personal preference but would have been nicer to have a shower screen rather than a shower curtain but not the end of the world.
