The breakfast.

The location seemed good, the breakfast was also good. The rooms were big and spacious and clean. There were several bars and restaurants right outside the house.

The views from the balcony were not the best in the world, but that's understandable in the middle of the city. Parking was 100-200 meters away, for an extra fee, but luckily it's not very far. Also, breakfast was in the hotel next door, which was only 10 meters across the yard.

Wonderfull staff, taking care if small details. Rooms looks outdated but well maintained. Breakfast is great. location is in the center.

Parking is around 200 meters away (across the main street) and with fees. Reception and breakfast in a building and the rooms located in another building (but close to each other).

We had an excellent time at this hotel. Super clean, right in the centre of Zell am See. They provide bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was really good. They can also cook a la carte omlettes with different fillings and fried eggs. There is a rooftop bar with amazing views over the lake and the surrounding mountains. Would definitely book again. We chose to stay here because we drove on Grossglockner road the next day.

This five-year-old property is exceptionally well designed, modern, and in a great location, two blocks from the main pedestrian shopping and dining street. It is the sister property to the Hotel Heitzmann and shares facilities such as the breakfast room and a very nice rooftop bar at the Heitzmann (50 meters away). Rooms at Two Timez are very large and well-equipped, many have balconies with a view. Mine had both a bathtub and a zero threshold shower, the toilet is a separate room. Bathrobes and slippers are on a shelf below the sink. The triple-glazed thick doors and windows block most noise from outside and I heard no noise from other rooms. My room had a sofa bed in the living area and a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, there is a door between two sleeping areas for privacy. Reserve early to ensure a table at Restaurant Steinerwirt (50 meters from Two Timez) for a great traditional Austrian meal in an ancient building (1493).

Parking is a little strange; after unloading our luggage at the Hotel Heitzmann in a narrow street, the reception gentleman helped us to the room and then gave us a garage card key at reception and guided me on a motorized scooter to an apartment building about 150 meters away, where a dedicated parking stall was assigned. This required backing out of the narrow street into a busy street. There is also a large public garage (Congress) about two blocks away.

Breakfast was kinda poor, I expected much more. Also, I believe that information about the parking spot ( 200 meters away) should be provided before reservation.
