Very nice hotel for ski trip. Situated in the middle of Zell am See you are at few meters away from all the city atractions ( restaurants and shops if you consider). Very good breakfast with nice people that allowed us to start breakfast earlier than the starting hour at 7.30. Because in this time only Kaprun has good snow. So you have to be there as soon as possible in the morning. Very nice personel, they help you with every details you may need Also a plus for the cleaning team, every day changing of towels etc

If you have a bigger car, and the outside parking of the hotel is full you will need real skills to park underground because most of the undergroud parking places are very narrow. The dimension of the one person ( single room) is quite small.

A very clean and tidy hotel. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed. Roomy en-suite with a vwalk in shower.i had a king size bed even though it was a Single occupancy booking. Location wise it’s perfect for bars and restaurants. The walk to the nearest lift is slightly under 10 mins. Our group was fine with this. Breakfast was really tasty with lots of options. The omelette is worth the wait. We had a meal in the restaurant that’s attached to the hotel and it was some of the best food we had all week. All staff were friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned to a very good standard each day.

The only downside is it can be noisy for quite a lot of the night. However the windows are very sound proof. Sadly though you do have to choose between fresh air or quiet. That said our group of 7 would happily book the hotel again if we returned to zell am see. I appreciate the hotel can’t alter the nighttime activities but one improvement that could be made would be an additional coffee machine for the breakfast coffee queue.

We have been travelling Europe for 3 weeks and this was the most comfortable bed we have had the whole time! My husband and I had a fantastic sleep and didn’t want to get up in the morning it was so lush and comfy. The room size was really decent and we could very easily access all our luggage with plenty of space. The shower was also massive which was lovely. The room was super clean and very well presented. The check in process and parking was incredibly easy and the staff were helpful. The staff also booked us a table at the Grüner Baum restaurant where we had the most delicious meal for the last night of our holiday.

The air conditioner was dripping in our room onto the floor the entire time so we had to continuously put toilet paper down on the floor to soak up the puddle. This would be easily resolved with some routine maintenance. It didn’t bother us too much but worth noting.

Excellent hotel at the heart of the town, with private parking (but at extra cost). Comfortable spacious rooms. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast staff rude and inept. Overall expensive. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but the town of Zell am See has sadly lost its charm and should rather be avoided. The streets and lakeside promenades are overrun by Middle Eastern tourists, so you no longer feel like in a picturesque Austrian village. On the other hand, too many drunk Western tourists making noise at night, especially during Mittwochfest nights.

The check-in was seemless, the staff could not have been more helpful and the room was large for with a verey large shower. The breakfast had made to order eggs and omelets along with an abundance of other items. The location was perfect, being just around the corner from the center of this charming city. There were countless restaurants within two blocks. Everything about this hotel was perfect.

There were absolutely no negaives about this hotel. I highy recomment it.

Really nice hotel, especially loved the complementary glas bottle of water every day on my room and the breakfast was absolutely great. Also the location is great, close to the lake, shops and everything else you need. And last but not least, excellent restaurant and food

Unfortunately it was very loud each morning with beer and other things being delivered, so woke up every morning at 7am but nevertheless great place to stay

Apparently recently renovated, the hotel has comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms and balconies. Everything is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. I recommend anyone traveling by car to use the garage located within the hotel.

The hotel is located near the lake, surrounded by charming streets full of shops and restaurants. And that's great, unless you're bothered by the early morning noise of delivery vehicles and garbage trucks.

The one bed room studio was spacious. Has a sitting area, small pantry and balcony The room has extra pillows that can be used The location is excellent and central

The hotel did not have AC or Elevator (at least in the building we stayed at, no elevator). The hotel staff were kind to provide a fan and they help us carry our bags to the 2nd floor The pillows were not comfortable The check out policy at 10 am is not good. The could extend us only to 11 am The room is a bit pricy and no breakfast was included

Exceptional location, right in the city centre, ski lift within a 5 minute walk. Nice, clean rooms, a wide range of breakfast options.

Super tight parking spaces, impossible to get out without getting yourself dirty if cars are parked on both sides.

Staff were amazing. The food was excellent. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Zell am See had a nice vibe and I imagine it is even more beautiful in the summer. All round excellent.
