Big room with a big balcony and lots of storage space. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though they have a very small parking garage themselves, you could park in the public garage across the street for the same costs due to a deal they have with the hotel (15 euros a night, normal cost for that garage is a whopping 42 euros per day!). Amazing shower. Mini fridge. Good breakfast. Good location.

The bed was horrible - way too soft with horrible pillows. No airco, and it was sweltering hot in the room. We had to open all windows at night, which meant a LOT of noise coming from the street. The breakfast room was also way too warm, with only one small ventilator at one side of the room.

The biggest attraction of this hotel is that it is family owned and managed and they go out of their way to make visitors feel welcome. The location is 5 minutes from Citiexpress gondola and the hotel ski storage is very convenient. The restaurant menu is excellent and although we had not booked half board we ended up eating here 3 out of four evenings! There is also a pleasant outdoor area for apres ski! A charming hotel - a real flavour of Austria!

Excellent and varied breakfast with choices for all diets. Location is just steps away from the bus station and another 150 meters to CitiXpress lift. Centrally situated in the town, with all sights and shops and restaurants only a few meters or so in any direction. The ski room has private lockers with boot warmers. I did not use the hotel spa, but I have no doubt it is worth a try. The hotel restaurant is also a fine choice for dinner, the whole trout was exceptionally tasty. Will certainly stay here again....it adds good competition to the other property I also like to stay at in Zell am See.

We stayed for just one night on a half-board basis, and the experience was delightful! The check-in process was quick and efficient, which was great after a long journey. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options to choose from. Dinner menu is fixed, soup, salad, one from 2 main course options, and desert. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The hotel has a lively atmosphere, especially on Friday nights, with gatherings and events at the on-site restaurant. There's also a cozy bar if you're in the mood for a drink. In the morning, we checked out and went skiing — the hotel conveniently stored our luggage at reception while we enjoyed the slopes. We even managed to relax in the spa during our stay, which was a wonderful bonus. All in all, a great place for a short getaway!

There is nothing for a critic, except that it would have been nice to see some olives :)

Super cute hotel with very friendly staff always willing to help with everything we needed. The family room we stayed at was huge and fully renovated. The location is very convenient right at the center of Zell Am See and only 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The breakfast was very good with many options available and the hotel restaurant was very good as well. The pool even small was super fun for our daughter and the sauna a very nice extra.

Great to have a good car park, very good for motorcycles. Excellent breakfast, easy walk to bars restaurants and shops. Entertaining waiter!

Receptionist wouldn’t discuss upgrade to half board when I asked if we could eat dinner there then found the dinner menu was generally expensive. I think like most residents we only ate there one night after getting the bill. Rooms at the front have no air con and are very noisy due to the traffic (lights). The sink plug hole barely worked.

The room was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was large, super comfy, and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the long breakfast hours were a big plus.

The room faced the street, so it was quite noisy — sleeping with the window open wasn’t an option due to traffic sounds. There was no minibar in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

It is really close to the lifts and the main shuttle station. On the other hand having a parking place is another plus. Breakfast was comprehensive enough, full of fresh products and delicious.

I expected more guidance from the hotel. In our case, it was high season period due to school break in Austria and neighbor countries. However we weren’t aware about that and we wanted to take ski/board lessons. But due to high season we couldn’t find an instructor in first two days. If we were informed by the hotel we would make a reservation for lessons in advance.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good English spoken. Excellent location close to City Express lift, ski hire shops, town centre bars, restaurants and shops. Excellent breakfast with large variety and good quality. Spacious, very clean rooms. Free, fast, good WIFI connection. Accepted bookings for stays for less than a week.

A little traffic noise. And noise from bars in some rooms. But generally quiet and not an issue. No tea or coffee making facilities available in room. No shampoo or conditioner, just a single multi-purpose liquid soap dispenser. No aircon in room.
