The best hotel for a walkable visit of Zell am See. Just 50 steps away are your favorite Apres-Ski bars and pubs, the Old Town, and the most famous restaurants. A comfortable parking zone is a big plus. You can leave a car there for a whole week and reach your skiing destinations straight with the lift cityXpress from Zell am See to Schmittenhöhe. Also nearby is a bus stop, where you can start a free trip to Kaprun or Saalbach (if you have skipass). Delicious breakfast with all types of food and also a lot of fruits. The hotel also has a sauna, where you can relax after your skiing or hiking in the evening.

Triple room is quite small and the pillows were too thin compared to the ones I use

We stayed just one night at this hotel in Zell am See, but it exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in at 11am as our room was already ready—a great start. The staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous and tasty selection. The hotel’s central location was the real highlight; once we parked in the reasonably priced guest parking, we were able to explore all the main sights of Zell am See easily on foot. A convenient and comfortable stay that we would happily recommend.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very helpful. On the checkout day they allowed us to use the sauna and take shower in the evening even though we have to check out in the morning. We need to go to the hospital one night and they were super helpful in that situation as well. They called us several times during the night to check if we are okay. The breakfast was also very nice. Also if you want to go for skiing, it was very close to the cityxpress. I recommend this hotel to everyone!!

From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. It was basic I would say but comfortable and clean. The staff in every department, reception, waitresses, cleaners all welcoming and helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. Hair dryer , yes no problem, kettle in the room, yes no problem, extra pillows, yes no problem, help to check in on our flight home, yes no problem. The location spot on, in the middle of town but still quiet, near the ski lift the bus station and train station and the bars and restaurants. Loved it. Thank you to all, for making out stay so pleasant

Not a lot really to dislike

Very close to the town and all amenities. Private car park to park our motorcycle. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. Breakfast staff and reception staff very friendly.

The room was comfortable and quite large. Cleanliness could have been better especially behind the bed, dressing table etc. More towels were also needed, I suppose in hindsight I could have asked more more.

Attractive small hotel located right in the centre of Zell am see with car parking at the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurants a few minutes walk away. Excellent breakfast with an area for eating outside which we took advantage of as weather was excellent.

Very good position, close to the center and to the lake. The room was clean and the staff of the hotel very kind and professional. The presence of the parking beside the hotel is important too. The breakfast was excellent and well arranged.

The pillows on the beds were all too thin to allow a proper rest. I suggest to add at least an alternative thickener to avoid stiff neck after sleeping.

Personaly - i liked everything, just wanted to write - you always get what you payed. You can always ad one zero to the amount . This hotel is realy the best in the region the amount you pay. Ok ok, breakfast is poor, but still, enjoy!

The breakfast had excellent variety and beautifully set out Location was close to shops and lake but at the same time it was quiet The staff were friendly and welcoming The room was roomy and comfortable

The parking is advertised as private at the top of the introduction of the facilities but it should also state that it is at a cost not at the bottom of it Not to have access to a firmer pillow as they were kept by staff and they were already gone home when I realised I needed a firmer pillow

Fantastic receptionist who helped with our luggage and brought us extra pillows as soon as we asked for them. The hotel is close to all the restaurants, shops and lake. Very clean and comfortable.

I didn’t read the small print so struggled with the stairs to the third floor.
