Very friendly staff and very accomodating. The breakfast buffet is really lovingly served and with a large selection of ham, cheese, eggs, cereals, fresh fruits, tea, juices, organic and vegan food and so much more.. The sauna is modern and cozy place to relax, enough space for some people without being uncomfortable, and very clean. I enjoyed the tempura bed, which you can adjust in the position via a remote control. The location is very quiet at the cross country ski-trail and has a lovely view in the landscape. As the hotel hosts biathletes, the ski room has heated shelves for shoes and is very spacious, the ski depot (cross country) is at the same place.

There are hardly some simple restaurants in walking distance, otherwise you have to take car. The hotel offers only unbaked pizza for the evening. The ski bus logistic (which is of course not in the responsibility of the hotel) circulate once per hour. This can be a bit annoying as they often come late, not at all or totally crowded. There is no direct access to Saalbach Circus from Hochfilzen, you have to take the car, bus or taxi to Leogang or Fieberbrunn and to check the schedule of lifts and busses, if you want to go for ski or snowboard

I highly recommend this hotel if you are close to Innsbruck or South Bavaria. We traveled from there to Berchtesgaden and it took us through breathing windy roads through the Alps. We arrived late and we were welcomed by friendly staff. Breakfast was a buffet and also a cooked option. Delicious. And the restaurant was with the view - the hotel is based in the middle of the mountains. Room and bathroom were spotless clean. Piece and quiet. Highly recommended.

The hotel located in the picturesque area with lots of parking space. The sleeping facility is the most comfortable, especially after a ski day. Personal professional and very friendly. Breakfast is full of verify with wonderful view on the mountain. It was the nicest vacation in two years for me 👏🤍💙

We lacked a microwave and a kettle. It would be nice if they stood in the room where the breakfasts are so that you could warm up food or make tea in the evening

For cross country skiing the location of the hotel is perfect. It is situated directly at the tracks of the "Dorfloipe". The railway station is about 400m away and so one can easily walk from and to the trains. A grocery store (actually almost a general store) is within maybe 150m which is very convenient. Though the railway line is close rooms in the hotel are very quiet, For travellers who think about the environment it is a so called passive energy hotel. With the guest card you can use regional trains between Hochfilzen and Wörgl/Kirchbichl and buses to Kitzbühel, Ellmau and Lofer. Breakfast was excellent.

Super hôtel , the most expensive one I have ever been, but sauna and wellness after skiing day is worth paying! Staff was very friendly,great breakfasts in the morning, great location! It was very comfortable in general,thank you very much !
