The apartment hotel is really lovely. It is clean and well kept and in a really good location for Fieberbrunn town, the cable car, walks and going out to other towns. The apartment was very spacious and well stocked and comfortable. We had a lovely private garden and all the amenities in the kitchen that we would need.

I think the resort would benefit from providing more staff. The staff we spoke with were very friendly and helpful, but they seemed to be working only one at a time. That meant that they were often away from the front desk and we would need to find them or call them if we needed something. It also meant that the reception was only staffed until 1700 each day which is really unhelpful if you are arriving in the evening, which is very normal. I would expect someone to be there until 2200. The phone reception in the hotel is poor and even though there is wifi throughout, it didn't reach very well to our apartment and was very slow. This meant we were often struggling to use our devices.

Unfortunately on the balcony is smoking allowed. Our room& bathroom was filled with smoke from downstairs visitor, who was smoking cigarettes all day long. As we were with small kid, this was horrible. Really cannot understand, why smoking is, in this nice facility, on balcony allowed.

The location was beautiful and convenient, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean and well-maintained.

There was no air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable in warmer weather—though luckily the temperatures were mild during our stay.

Nice and clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Nice and well maintained spa, sauna and gym facilities. Free laundry facility. Clear communication for check in and check out, key was ready for after reception opening hours. Many grocery stores at walking distance.

we arrived into the late evening but called ahead and was left all our property items needed in a night box. simple instructions to gain entrance very easily. The property was fantastic, everything from the very clean and well lit secure garage for the car to the spacious, very clean and spotless room. Bakery attached is very nice with a wonderful selection of foods , and also gifts for taking home. Receptionist was very helpful with tips on where to go and local dog rules. The wonderful ornamental cows on reception were loved by the kids and the lovely bottle of wine given on arrival was a nice surprise along with a dog bowl and treats for pooch.

Only thing I could say is it would be nice to have self opening doors leading from garage to lifts as they are very heavy with hands full and kids but that’s me really nit picking.

Modern and spacious apartment with beautiful bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. The sauna area was wonderful.

Guests who did not know how to properly use the sauna and kept putting more water on the stove, causing the temperature to increase to above 95 degrees. Perhaps the accommodation could leave clear instructions on sauna use.

Maybe better breakfast - if you want a every day different, you have to every day write them what you want next day - they do not have breakfast room and they deliver breafast to the room.

We were on the third floor and had a little backyard for the dog… and us!!! Super quality in furniture, Equipment, kitchen (Miele, WMF …) and accessories. Dog-friendly with equipment and even a bag of good treats for the dog!
