The staff at the pension were very friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and spacious and we had a great view from our balcony. The breakfast was amazing. A huge variety of food and of great quality and standard. We were offered cooked eggs and bacon every day which were delicious. There was nothing missing from the breakfast selection. Again the staff were attentive and helpful.

A bar would have been a great addition after a day on the slopes. Other than that there was nothing to fault with the pension.

What a little gem. Everything went very smooth and in a very professional manner from the moment we checked in. The hotel owner (who checked us in) was very welcoming, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Check in process was fast, and we received a lot of information about Zee Lam See and the touristic areas, and we were also provided by a tourist card and leaflet that had info of a range of touristic areas, a number of which were combined with the hotel charge. We were a family of 4 who travelled with so much heavy luggage and the owner was very helpful in helping with the luggage to our room which was on the 1st floor (no life in the property). We didn’t expect any help with the luggage from a small family hotel but was such a nice gesture from them. Our stay included breakfast and it was one of the best breakfast experiences we had. There was a decent range of cold cuts, eggs,cheeses, cereals, bread, tea, coffee, chocolate, etc. The hotel owner and staff were so considerate to our needs being muslims and we were provided with salmon for breakfast even on days that salmon was not supposed to be served. The quality of the eggs were top notch so was the way they were cooked and served. We booked a family room for 4 ppl and it has exceeded out expectations by far. The room was large enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The room was devided into 2 the master bedroom with a door and a large sitting room with sofa and a bunk bed. Both the room and the sitting room had enough storage areas for all of us however the bathroom on the small size but manageable. I would highly recommend this hotel to every one from the level of professionalism and assistance and the feeling of warmth we received during our unforgettable stay. - great location in a quiet place but close to everything - 15m walk to town center and CityXpress lift, same or 4min bus ride to Schmittenbahn/TrassXpress/Sonnenalmbahn lifts; - comfortable and very clean room with big balcony, good soundproofing; - very good breakfast with an egg dish of your choice and a wide selection of quality cold items; - nice friendly staff; - great value.

- bathroom vent a bit too loud; - there is a snack machine, but if you don't want to go out, it would be great to have something more substantial, even a ramen at the same snack machine.

This accomodation exceeded our expectations. Besides the fact that it was great value for money, a few aspects we would like to mention are: - the fact it had free parking was really convenient -the bus stop was super close so you could pretty much get anywhere and not have to use the car -breakfast was absolutely delicious, also the atmosphere in the breakfast room was cozy and nice with candles; the hosts were so nice and would ask if you want cooked eggs besides what you could find at the buffet. We appreciated how the tables were set and how the food was arranged. - the bed was comfortable, the room was nice and warm, the bathroom as well -everything was very clean -the ski room was super convenient (also the ski-boots room) PS: we visited at the beginning of the skiing season and our experience was the best we ever had! Nothing negative to say;

Cozy apartment and fantastic breakfast with a variety of warm and cold food to choose from. Ski storage for the night. Helpful and very kind hosts! Easy self check-in. Great location either for skiing or simply visiting the city. Quick access to Schmittenhöhebahn ski lift (2min by car, 8min by ski bus), and Kaprun/Kitzsteinhorn slopes are 15min away by car. Parking is free at all parking areas with enough spots. I'd definitely come back to visit again.

Ultra soft bed matrasses made it difficult to sleep/rest properly. It was the only inconvenience during our stay.

Incredibly friendly and energetic lady owner, helpful and skilled staff. The breakfast was excellent, a wide selection - various hams, cheeses, yogurts, several types of pastries... the accommodation is beautiful, clean. The location is absolutely TOP! a short distance from the busy center and at the same time a short distance from the cable car. Thanks to the zell am see-kaprun summer card, we were able to visit many places and for free. The Wi-Fi is absolutely great. The sufficient number of parking spaces.

It's not that we don't like it, everyone is comfortable with something different. The mattresses were a bit softer for us than we are used to and the bathroom was also small, but sufficient for our stay.

The host was very nice and we were warmly welcomed at the time of arrival. We lived in a nice and clean & cozzy room with enough space to store our stuff. Bathroom was clean and comfortable though the shower corner is a bit small. The breakfast was excelent with variety of food choises. Everything was frash and tasty including very cozzy restaurant area to eat. It's really close to walk to city center and lake. It's also very close to the slope. Generally our stay was really pleasant and we did enjoy it - Thank to Jasmine and Kathrine.

Everything was perfect :) personal was very friendly, room was cleaned everyday, had all basic stuff, nice views to mountains. Overall it was very good balance from automated (prepared) process witch covered check in process, entering room without key, ski maps near reception, vending machine inside and wonderful personal experience with staff. Breakfast was tasteful

We had corner room, probably far from router, so wifi was low and not stable, but for us it wasn't big problem

The property is in a quite location, about 20-30 minutes walking from the city center up the hill, easily accessible with the bus. The room was clean, rustic and well-kept. We were facing the mountain in the back and it was really peaceful. The girls from breakfast were polite and smiling, they took good care of us and the other guests. Overall, we felt welcome and enjoyed our stay in this peaceful town, away from our busy lives.

There was no mosquito net at the window, so we could not enjoy the cooling breeze at night without having to "fight" mosquitos :(

The staff was very helpful, kind. We welcomed the separate check-in. Parking was right next to the pension, the number of places was sufficient. Breakfast very good. There is a bus stop near the pension.

The room was very small, cramped for a family. We had a small bathroom, my husband couldn't fit in the shower, which was very funny. But that was the only thing we didn't like. Overall, the stay was otherwise very pleasant.
