I stayed at this hotel and my experience was excellent. The reception was great, and the lady, who is the owner’s wife, was very kind and showed us all the facilities in detail with care. The room was very spacious, large, and incredibly clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the chef (Mr. X) was extremely professional and put great effort into preparing the food. He was also very friendly and polite with us. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to Zell am See center. I really liked everything, and this will definitely not be my last visit to this hotel.

The property is a special one, it has a very nice balcony with an amazing view over the lake, the staff were amazing and helpful, the breakfast was always organic and farm grown locally, has parkings.

The property doesn’t provide a kettle to boil water, however, they provide a thermos that you can ask them to fill in certain times, they also have a coffee machine to get hot water from at the basement. It was a bit inconvenient to keep asking for hot water instead of boiling your own, however, the staff offered multiple options and were very nice about it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were fabulous and it was designed and decorated very nicely . This is without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Alex (owner), Alex (chef), Anastasia and the whole staff were friendly and treated us as family. The breakfast was delicious especially the freshly baked croissant. You have your own parking spot, very quiet and classy Neighbourhood, Free wifi. I am pretty sure that I will come back and book the larg family suite next time.

The fact that yoh have to leave.

We had the Deluxe Suite with view for a week and it was absolutely wonderful! The suite is very spacious and very nice designed. The bathroom is big and comfortable. It is a real pleasure to come back in the suit after a cold day outside. We definately recommend to stay here. We advise to use the car because up and down the hill is a bit of a walk. And parking is easy in the centre of Zell am See. Special shoutout to Alex 2 and Mara who really give the breakfast and diner a lovely moment with their enthousiasm!

This a top class Boutique hotel situated about 10 mins walk from the town centre and ski lift with outstanding views over lake Zell. I stayed here with a party of 4 and mainly chose it as it was for adults only. Luxury is the only way to describe the hotel especially the bedroom which is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. My Both Alex’s who run the hotel were friendly and attentive. The breakfasts are delicious and there was the added option of staying for an evening meal included in the price which was a nice touch. All in all - Outstanding. Would highly recommend.

The design of the property is unique, from the moment you enter the building you will come across the smell of the place and they take a good care of the details. We stayed there for three nights, it was a honeymoon trip very nice owners and friendly staff.

as middle eastern people, we somehow can’t live without central AC system, there are those little AC devices that they have in the room. When the weather was warm a bit during the afternoon hours, we turned those devices on and they weren’t that much of an impact. other than that, everything is perfect 100%

Anastasia, the owner, is a lovely person, ready always to assist you. The breakfast served its purpose but the view was simply amazing, one of the best you can get in town. Modern design and very clean everywhere with nice scents.

There is no coffee/tea machine in the room nor other way to get one outside the breakfast/dinner opening hours. The restaurant only serves standard dinner, daily decided menu, with no a la carte options (ex Xmas dinner: cauliflower creme soup, mushrooms risotto and chocolate soufflé).

Honestly, could not expect more. Everything was just excellent - size and room comfort, service, breakfast and the dinner (which was included), view from our room and from the restaurant. We can not wait to return. The place to be recomended to everyone!
