Excellent comfortable room - spacious - very nice design, warm (controllable heat). Food - breakfast and evening meals were very high standard. Luigi is a great chef - Restaurant staff - Soudor and the team were very friendly helpful and efficient. Christine was a pleasure to meet on reception. So friendly and helpful - she gave a lovely welcome when we arrived. Hotel is in a great location for skiing - very near the lift system and you can ski back to the rear of the hotel at the end of the day.

Clean and well maintained place with good food. Location for skiing very good but you need to be at least average to be able to use the ski-to-door as the route for the last 500m is on the black route so if you are beginner you will have to take different way which means it won’t be ski-to-door anymore.

All services were according to our measure. Perfect hygiene, comfortable rooms, pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. Quality food, well prepared, served with style. The staff is professional, very friendly.

The amazing and warm staff who went out of their way to ensure our stay was special. The first night we missed dinner and they prepared a cold plate for us. Every dinner we had special attention over the holiday season.

Automatic lights in the ski room that the sensor was behind the door so when you were sitting down to take off your boots it would keep going off.

Perfect location, right off the slope. Great value for money. Clean, kept in good state. Hospitable staff.

One small detail (otherwise everything was really great): no place to hang clothes while putting/removing skiboots in the “skiboot room”.

Cozy and comfy, with an easy access to the piste and 71 bus stop. Brilliant food and exceptionally kind staff, willing to go to great lengths to accommodate your special needs and make you feel at home.

The patio faces directly the ski room, a heavy traffic area in the morning and late afternoon. Curtains and windows shield you from gazes but not noises.

1. Friendly and very helpful staff especially Richard and Sabine. 2. Location is not in the center but has a very good view from up. Also it is very quiet and busses available every around 40 minutes. 3. Breakfast was good. 4. They upgraded our room to panorama which was very comfortable and has a balcony, 2 TV nicely furnished. 5. There is a sauna which opens from 3 to 7 pm. 6. Once I arrived late night to the hotel and found main door closed then tried my room key and it worked.

I liked the location which is near the cable car. There is a bus taking you down to the city and up again to the hotel. Parking is available and free. Breakfast was included with varieties and so good food. The hotel gave us free summer tickets that allowed us to enter many activities for free, this is a great saving. Staff are awesome specially the young lady Sabina, she always welcome guests with smile and solutions. The hotel is excellent on all ways, I would go there again.

1. espresso and cappuccino for extra payment for breakfast! From regular automatic coffee machine. Unusual for expensive hotel; 2. no toothbrush, no bathrobes, no shaving kit in rooms; 3. reception does not work 24 hours. Be aware when you are planning to check in at night time.

Ski depot and boots place are separate, breakfast can be more various. Would be nice to have more respectful staff.
