Breakfast was terrific. Well arranged, plentiful fruit, breads, yogurt. We used the washing and drying machines and drying rack. The buildings are located close by area attractions and restaurants, and the Kaprun card can be used for many activities.

The WiFi did not work inside our apartment. We were in the annex building. It was an inconvenience to have to sit in a common area to use it. My family was awakened by loud shouting from a neighboring apartment sporadically after 1 am and for the next few hours on two nights. If your property had air conditioning, it could have mitigated these disturbing arguments. In addition, it was unclear from your material that, if you wanted inside parking, you needed to pay for it.

The property is clean and in the centre of Zell am See. It’s near the Lake and we had good time there. It’s near the train station and bus station for those who use trains and public buses. The breakfast was good.

Rooms do not have space enough. Toilets have no bidet showers.

Our stay in Zell am See was absolutely fantastic – a solid 10/10 experience for our family of four. The apartment was brand new, spotlessly clean, and highly functional, offering a great level of comfort for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. We especially appreciated the Summer Card provided at reception, which gave us free access to all the cable cars in the area – a huge bonus that added great value to our stay. The hotel is located very close to the main bus station, which made it easy to reach attractions further away. A big advantage is that buses start their routes from this station, so we always found seats – something that can be difficult at later stops. The beautiful lake is within walking distance, perfect for relaxing strolls and enjoying the scenery. We also made use of the underground hotel parking, which was very practical and convenient. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Zell am See. It’s a perfect base for exploring the region and enjoying everything it has to offer.

We didn’t find any major downsides. The only minor issue was that some neighbors smoked on their balcony, and the smell of tobacco occasionally drifted onto ours. However, this didn’t significantly affect our overall experience.

We booke a 2-bedroom apartment at the beginning of September. The apartment hotel is situated near the center of zell am see. Our apartment was spacious and very well equipped and comfortable. There are 2 wash rooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed. In the lobby, there are several washing machines and dryers that can be used for free (one has to bring detergent or buy at the reception). There is a supermarket only 5 minutes away. We didn't try the breakfast. There is parking available (15 € per day), but we were lucky to find free parking spots next to the hotel

There is no air conditioning in the apartment. We had one fan, and when we asked for an additional one for the other room, we were told that there was only one fan available for each apartment. I think that every room in the apartment must have a fan. It helps to sleep well during warm nights

This card grants free access to a wide variety of local attractions and activities, saving us a considerable amount of money. We were able to enjoy the cable cars, boat rides on the lake, and even visit the nearby Krimml Waterfalls at no extra cost. This is an incredible perk that added immense value to our stay! Rooms and Amenities: The rooms at The House are modern, spacious, and very clean. The decor combines contemporary comfort with a touch of alpine charm, making it feel cozy yet stylish. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the stunning views from our balcony. Dining: The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options. The ingredients were fresh, and the coffee was fantastic. Service: The level of service was outstanding throughout our stay. The staff was knowledgeable about the area and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall Experience: We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Zell am See. The House combines comfort, convenience, and incredible value with the added bonus of the Zell am See Summer Card. This is the ideal base for exploring all that the region has to offer. We will definitely be returning on the next year!

The apartment I booked was in the basement no views at all except on other rooms so curtains were shut the whole time

New place and close to the lake

There was damage to the plaster wall in the apartment, due to a child's slippage, the landlord charged me with repairs at a cost of 300 euros, a crazy and very expensive price

The location is excellent with parking available in case you drive there. It is a short walk to the town center and all the restaurants and stores. There is also a grocery shop just round the corner where you can get pretty much anything you need for a short stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the layout is very neat and comfortable. Would have liked the mattresses to have been a little better though. I would also like to callout the wonderful customer service by Gustav. He was truly helpful and his suggestions and recommendations worked out very well for us. We also had a very large balcony that was a good surprise and very useful as well.
