It was not just a stay, really feeling home. Eva and Stefan (property management) are cooperative, helpful and so kind. Well equipped apartment , all facilities are in good conditions. Location is perfect, in the city centre and on the lake along with mountain view, close to train station and to bus station. Zell Am See is so beautiful to travel to, adding SKI-N-LAKE apartment makes travel wonderful, adding management (Eva & Stefan) makes travel fabulous.

The apartment was clean, comfortably big enough with excellent location. Enjoyed our stay here thoroughly. The toilet also has a hand shower :)

Nothing much but just a very small improvement point maybe a bathroom floor wiper can be provided to remove any excess water when required. The Apartment/Villa looks old from outside but the apartment inside is renovated and clean.

Location was great. Hosts were very nice and promptly answered my questions during the stay. The apartment was spacious. The washing machine worked well. The view of the lake was a little obstructed but still lovely.

It would be nice to provide more kitchen essentials like coffee pods and napkins. Even with the fan it was pretty warm overnight, but the noise from the train made it hard to leave the windows open.

We visited the apartment in the winter, the apartment is within walking distance of the lifts and bus station. It was well equipped for cooking our meals, SPAR and BILLA within walking distance for groceries. Extra the glacier in Kaprun is a 20 minutes drive from Zell am See.

The railway is running really in front of the property so you need to keep the windows closed at night, but the benefit station is few 100mtrs walk.

Comfortable apartment very close to the lake. Good Wi-Fi signal. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. Train station, shops, and cafes are within 5-10 minutes' walk. Hospitable hosts and clear communication - thank you very much for your care!

A large and spacious apartment with a large and very equipped kitchen with many devices making the stay very comfortable. The apartment is in an good location making it truly feel like "home away from home."

There was a room in the apartment that had a very sticky floor.

The location is amazing. Very close (few meters) to Zeller See, the restaurants, the shops, supermarkets (Billa, Spar and بقالة الخليج), Grand Hotel, and the train station.. The view is amazing from the doorsteps. The host is kind and cooperative.

Great location to train, lake, and town. The apartment was very spacious and clean.

There weren’t any oven mitts and ice trays. Also, the couch was very firm. The AC doesn’t reach the bedrooms that well as the unit is in the living room.

Took my 4 year old skiing for the first time and the location was so convenient, in the centre of town, close to restaurants, buses and tbe local swimming pool.

The apartment was had a big common area, which was really nice! And the location was perfect! The rooms were also a good size.
