The location is about 1,5 km away from Maiskogel and 4 km away from Kitzsteinhorn. Our apartment had a full operating kitchen and the bathroom had a washing machine (that was nice!)

My wife had a problem with the room temperature (19.5 degrees Celsius). When I wrote about this problem to the owner, the answer was that no one else complained about that .... I found that kind of rude, we expected a solution (maybe an extra blanket?)

The owner was super polite, although there was no luggage service, he helped us with our luggage. He also gave us a late check out till 1 pm because we arrived late.

Once you open the windows and light is switched on inside , the insects will come inside.

Almost everything was perfect. Apartment is huge, very clean, with great service such as terrace, gril, ski room,... Ski bus stop 1 minute from apartment.

If I would be picky, there could be more kitchen ware such as pots and pans (if large family rent the apartment for whole week they need to manage pots wisely).

Very clean, and the apartment had everything and the host was very friendly. It is ideal for a group of friends or a family as everyone has their own bad, nobody has to sleep on the couch. Bathrom was also very very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Friendly and welcoming host. Well appointed, spacious and functional apartment. Good sized fridge. Fast, no worries wi-fi. Ample parking space right at the door. Hot water. Bidet! Washing machine. Well appointed kitchen - ceramic cooking surfaces etc. Problem-free check-in. Nice mountain view. Nice living area with good chairs and good table. And all of that at a very competitive price point for the location. You can stay here for a week with a family no problem. Overall, we're very happy and would not hesitate to return.

Careful with the vaulted ceilings on top floor as they get relatively low towards bed headboards and you may hit your head if you don't pay attention :-)

The apartment is nice, clean and conformable, in a quite and nice neighborhood. We had everything needed and the host was very kind. We arrived very late but they let the key for us so we can self accommodate.

Very spacious, very well equipped, very good location (100m to skibus, or 5 minutes by car to lifts, 15 minutes walk to citycenter.

Could have been warmer, but thats only my taste.

Spacious, comfortable, fully equipped apartment close to the ski bus. The neighborhood is very quiet.. Our host, Christian was extremely nice. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back.
