The room was absolutely perfect and I recommend this hotel for everyone. The ladies from the stuff are very kind and helpful. And special thanks belongs to the ladies who were daily cleaning the apartment. The sorroundings is also calm though close to the centre.

Everything was perfect, check in process was easy and fast, there is a lot of parking space, the hotel is in middle of the town close to many amenities like restaurants and grocery shops, it’s also close to most of the attractions points, mrs Gotthardt and her team are friendly, very helpful and easy to reach at any time. They made our stay lovely and enjoyable. Zell am see Kaprun summer card is provided for free at the property.

We had the penthouse, it is great for a family. And fits a lot of people. The view is beautiful. You have 2 patios, one viewing the nature and the other towards the city. The reception ladies were very nice and cooperative. One of them provided us a full explanation on what is the summer card and what are the activities included. There’s a free parking for the hotel. The hotel is very safe with key cards needed to open the parking, main door and rooms. Kitchen was well equipped. From what I understood that this is a family business, I hope on the future that they develop more with more success.

The quality of some materials were very poor, like toilet paper and towels. I always stay in apart-hotels and compared to the price usual’s there are more services and higher quality materials. We were left 2 days without cleaning and they apologized but no compensation was offered.

The property is very clean , the location is great the reception is nice , Water heater is also available in which is very important, Providing the summer card to all members, The the property have a security door system. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets near the location. At the end it’s perfect 💯

The hotel was perfectly located in the city center of Kaprun, litteraly 5 min by walk from the lifts. The hotel offers everything you need, spacious and clean room, kitchennette and supplies, bathroom supplies and a wonderful sauna and ski cellar for free. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding. We definitely recommend.

very helpful staff i had a lost baggage there were of great help. and also helpful with other matters through the rest of our stay. in fact they were so helpful can't give anything less than 10. great location. close to bus stops

maybe a bit more kitchware would be nice. but nothing i didnt like

I liked the following :- 1) Very clean penthouse with excellent view to the mountain 2) warm hospitality 3) Excellent location where all what you need is nearby 4) the management are very kind and respond to every request 5) Very smooth check in

The daily housekeeping was not up to the aparthotel standard. They do not do good cleaning. Also, they do not tide up well

We were satisfied with everything. The accommodation was in a great location, and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was well-equipped and clean. We would be happy to come back again.

Nothing to complain about.

The top floor penthouse with 2 terraces offers stunning views of the surround mountains. Spacious, clean, and with enough amenities for an apartment. Self-check in was easy and staff were friendly throughout. They also provided a baby bed and high chair in the apartment, along with the hair chair already setup in the breakfast room every morning. We could also charge our electric car free of charge on-site.
