We loved our stay at this hotel and we got everything we were expecting and even more! It is great that the offer includes Summer card, because you can save a lot of money for outdoor activities with it. Food was wonderful. Rooms are spacy and have everything you need. The view from the balcony is beautiful. You can get also equipment for spa (we even bought bathrobes as quality was great!). There is a lot of parking place, although it's payable 8e/day. Staff was very nice, especially Croatian gentleman that works at reception, he gave us great advices regarding programs. Unfortunately, as we heard, the hotel will be renovated from October and closed for longer period, but we hope that one day we will be back as it is a highly recommended place to stay for vacation.

Breakfast had a good selection. Room was spacious and clean. Bartender was very friendly.

They did not honor our request through Booking.com for both of our rooms to be next to each other even though they responded that we had rooms reserved adjacent to each other. At check-in, we were told "things happen," then our rooms were on 2 different floors.Most likely, we will not stay here again.

Spacy room with separate toalette room, tasty food (breakfast buffet, dinner buffet), free wellness, summer card, friendly and kind staff. Good starting location for hiking.

Good breakfast, perfect location, the free of charge skibus is taking you from the front of the hotel to the ski area every 30 minutes.

We enjoyed our vacation even if it was crowded knowing that in other places it was not good snow for skiing.

Absolutely perfect in every way. We usually visit each season 3 different places and Vierjahreszeiten is the top of our choice still. We stayed here couple of times already. Summer and Winter, both times we felt very welcomed, they speak many languages so it is very convenient. Rooms are lovely, clean and cosy. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful lobby and bar areas, with REAL fireplace, where we loved to enjoy coffee, glass of wine or beer.. Summer has lots to offer with the summer card, winter is super convenient with ski bus right in front the hotel. PERFECT!. We cannot forget to mention the super awesome food, we were just amazed how tasty and excellent the dinners were. Big compliments to the chef!!! Simply nothing to fault to this hotel and their superb team.

Great friendly stuff, and did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable. Tasty breakfast and a very nice a la carte dinner. A summer card is also good - gives you some savings.

Pillows are too soft, no air conditioning.

Great hotel, great location. Nice breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was too cold to use so we were disappointed with that as we were looking forward to using the pool at the end of each day. We were told it was heated but it was not.

loved the facilities and super comfortable bed. The Spa area was incredibly relaxing and well-catered. Breakfast options were overall nice but maybe it needs more variety. Staff is super helpful and informative. They also offer the summer card which gives you a whole lot of discount and free entrances and rides around the city.

The property was perfect, it’s just a little far from the bus station, around a 10 mins walk, which was only inconvenient when we were walking with our luggage to the hotel. The rooms might need to add a kettle, coffee and a mini fridge.
