Minor things: pool is not as big as suggested in pictures and they charge for TAP WATER (4.5 Euro) - never happened before whenever I travelled

We liked the vibe of the hotel, the friendly staff, swimming pool with spa was very welcome after a day of skiing!

We got an upgrade to an amaizing room with a great view. Staff was helpfull. Breakfast and dinner were really tasty and varried. Enjoed alot💜

We got an upgrade because our original room had a fence to the pool. When we entered the room, people from the pool were looking at us!!! No privacy at all in our own room. We could not stay in that room... This needs to be added to the info in booking.... Maybe people wirh kids like the access to the pool. Extra 12 euro for parking, extra charge for drinks in dinner.

Great hotel, great location, the views were stunning, secure parking, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa facilities where very welcomed after a long day. Half board, was unexpected but welcomed and the food at breakfast and dinner was good, with lots of options and the service was very good.

Lack of pillows in the rooms. The single pillow was way to soft and ended up folding around ones ears. We ended up taking the towels from the bathroom to make up the pillows and provide a greater level of firmness and comfort for sleeping. The cost of a still bottle of water from the bar was seemingly more expensive than an alcoholic drink.

Excellent accomodation, clean and comfortable, a spacious garage ( very useful), friendly staff. It is the best hotel I have stayed in Kaprun. I was impressed by customer care: one day it was a family member’s birthday and the staff prepared a surprise for us. Congrats chef! Breakfast and dinner are amazing. We definitely will come back here! We highly recommend!

The hotel is good, the staff is excellent and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel location is not bad. Parking If you come a little late after 10pm you will not get a parking space I don't know why but I was waiting for the employee who works in the kitchen to get his parking space. The room is without air conditioning and it gets cold at night, but the hotel management should install Tor windows to protect the hotel residents from harmful insects. To be honest, during the period I stayed, I did not see any insects inside the hotel, but it is nice that we care about the comfort of the resident, especially since it is worth it.

New construction where the owners used the highest quality materials: parquet, tiles, sanitary installation. The rooms have futuristic furniture. In my room (203) there was also a 1 meter high pot with a natural flower. Very comfortable mattresses and super smart TV with free access to Netflix. The hotel offers free Summer Card: Zell am See and Kaprun. It is a very great facility considering that just one Gletscherjet route (1, 2, 3, 4) costs 46 euros, MK Maiskogelbahn is 26 euros, the cruise on the lake Zell 17 euros, and many other gratuities / facilities. The swimming pool is on the roof and has two special types of elegant deckchairs around it, with the only disadvantage being that you can only sit in the sun on your back. Preferable were the classic beds on which you could turn and get a tan all over your body.

Detailed information about the hotel, prices of drinks at the bar are included only in QR-codes. Nothing is printed. I don't approve of the idea of walking around with your phone to find out information. In the restaurant, even these codes did not appear at the tables, so you had to talk to the waiter. I would be interested in what it offers practically, the weight and of course, the price. As much as was invested in the hotel, the existence of a leaflet in the room as well as in the restaurant with these details, would not have cost too much.

Everything was excellent. The room was spacious and sparkling clean. Wellness is excellent, most of the time we were alone there. Meals don’t leave open wishes. There is also a special kids menu that was included in the price. Garage is big and can fit around 30 cars, plus the outside parking with a other 40 slots. We will for sure come back to this place.

The hotel is great, not too big and not overcrouded. Breakfast is the same every day, but still with variety of options. Dinner is great, two mains every day cooked in front of you (one fish and one other meet), salads, appetizers etc.. two dessers. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. They made our bed every day - towels and bedsheets always in amazing shapes :) We had a great time!!

There is a 12 eur charge per night for the parking and also on dinner there is a charge for tap water

Excellent breakfast, good selection, great coffee at the bar. Dinner was great too, fresh and wide selection. The wellness area is nice and modern with 3 saunas, a steam bath and a pool.

The vegan options were to spicy or over complicated, more simple vegan options would be better suited to all needs.
