Our family room was very spacious and fully matched the photos, all was very clean and comfortable. Super large private balcony with chairs and table, playroom for both small and big children (having the billiard and table football). Very good breakfast with large choice, drinks and snack machine in the lobby. And of cource the SPA with the swimming pool and small green area with table ping-pong!

The kids playroom is really tired and needs for refresh, the hotel restaurant food was very modest and to our mind does not match the price. And despite the hotel is located in small city, almost each evening there was strong smell of manure from the nerby cow stable.

It was situated in a small charming town in the middle of the mountains with a rushing river nearby, there was a small bakery across the street that was simply wonderful and two very very convenient supermarkets at a walking distance, the breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend, especially if the weather was good, I was sad to leave.

The price was a little high.

The welcoming was just amazing! We were greeted like family members. The man at the reception even asked did we eat already (because it was late evening) and hold a kitchen for us! The hotel is in the heart of town, great place, near market, good parking. Hotel has a pool, sauna, gym, restaurant- everything you need for a great stay to rest and relax. The stuff is amazing, there are very few places like this. Applauses for that! Recommending 100000%. Hope we will stay once again someday. Good luck!

About a 25-minute drive from Zell am See, a beautiful town with a lake, we stopped for a rest at this friendly, cozy, and clean small hotel. We were amazed by the wellness centre and the swimming pool. Breakfast was standard but everything seemed fresh. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from a small lake where you can swim. It us a family bussiness run with love and good taste. We loved the services, the restaurant, facilities. We liked the pool and lounge area, water was a bit cold for our taste but this is a nationality matter wasn’t a big thing, we loved the time there

Would be great a little fridge in the room, and wifi was just dor the room, not in other areas

Really very familiar, we felt welcome from the first minute. The owners and staffs are very attentive, helpful and friendly. We got a big room with top bathroom, very clean. There is a pool in a very nice garden. Delicious food is available and rich fresh breakfast was included. That place is absolutely recommendable.

We were really satisfied here at Scharler's, the staff was very nice, the breakfast was plentiful, the room with the terrace was spacious and clean. We also tried the restaurant several times and the food was excellent, especially the Viennese schnitzel with potato salad and burgers. We were very happy to use the wellness after skiing. The town is very calm and nice.

Sometimes people were noisy in the wellness and didn't respect sauna rules, but that's people...and there was probably broken light (it flashed a lot) in pool area, but it is really just a detail to me, but can seems a bit spooky. :) Overall, the place itself is really nice and pleasant.

Nice little hotel, very good located for various day-trips. Hotel Pool and rest aree are great. Friendly staff. We had a room with kitchen and it was nicely equipped, so we cooked the diners by ourself - all the small thing we needed still (like salt or even a sieve) - we got from hotels restaurant. :)

Breakfast was a bit too simple but still, not bad. One night we were eating at the restaurant, to food was ok, but not too good. Having a kitchen in the room was worth so much for us!

All the staff are really friendly. You feel like you're among friends from the moment you arrive. We dined there every evening as there was something for everyone and it was delicious. The spa offers several types of saunas and hammam, a real treat! In short, an excellent stay that will live long in our memories.

Great breakfast, comfortable room, superb view by the window, great balcony. Location was excellent, also the hosts have been great.
