Natasha was very welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the double bunks in the kids room (we booked a triple room) were great. The breakfast buffet incuded some Lovely home made options and was more than enough for us. Beds were comfy, balconies from our 2 rooms were a nice bonus and the shower was good. The washing and drying service was a welcome option (10€ a load) and we appreciated how quickly the staff were able to have it done for us. The indoor swimming pool was fab.

In all honesty, there's truly nothing to dislike about Hotel Wieser. From the impeccable service to the delicious food and cozy rooms, every aspect exceeded expectations. It was simply a perfect experience from start to finish.

Quiet, tidy and beautiful location, bedroom very spacious and gorgeous view from balcony, very delicious breakfast and hotel is situated not far from the Main Street which is convenient to see another beautiful properties,restaurants and also to have a dinner

I didn’t find anything wrong with it but I stayed one night only, just one thing I ride my motorcycle to get motorway to direct Innsbruck and took me nearly 2 hours, long way to get it

The owner is very friendly. She was very accommodating. The spa facilties were nice and the boot room was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. The ski bus pick up is right outside the hotel.

Very friendly family hotel, very helpful staff, very good breakfast served also in the garden, plenty of local products and fruit. Close to the National park Centre and a park with a large pond and playing ground, there is a Kneipp parcour in the park. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony. Very neat and clean. The room was large, plenty of place for my laptop and work.

Comfortable place for a couple days. Sauna and pool are nice addition.

We weren’t given any information about facilities in the hotel or places to go in town. We had to figure it all out, which was more difficult since we don’t speak the language.
