Spent 6 days with one year baby in the hotel end of July. Very nice location, many opportunities for outdoor activities like hiking nearby. Playroom for the baby in the hotel and many playgrounds close to hotel in the village and in the mountains with cable car access. Not simple playgrounds but like paradise for children. Cable cars are free to use thanks to jokercard. Jokercard has many other benefits, worth to check on internet or ask at reception they will help for sure. We were satisfied with every service of the hotel, all the staff we met were friendly. The staff really do their best, our baby would highlight his favourite italian waiter who always made him laugh. All the food served was outstanding thanks to the expertise of hungarian chefs in kitchen. We will definitely come back.

Nothing to mention

the room was fine. the food was excelent. the staff was good and help us since one of my friend had a leg enjurie and couldn't walk up and donw hill, so they open a excepction and used their car to move her arround some times. the ski-in'/out it was very dificult for begginers. almost impossible to then.

we were travel with friends so the location of the hotel was uphill, that was a problem for us that didn't had a car. the hotel didn't provide shutle to the city, or even to go "down" and up from the bus rute to the hotel. if we need a cab to get there from the closes city, it cost 20 euros + 5 to the taxi goes to the hotel hill. that was really annoing. The "SPA" wasn't a spa. is a good space for sauna and relax, but didn't had hottub, or even any service that we can book. so i don't know why they say that is a SPA. if their is no service available.

The overall cleanliness, the children's playground and some other details are really great. The staff becomes simpathic in a few days as you get confortable, don't judge everything too soon until you acommodate totally. Some practical things like bikes/skiis store exist. Also, Jocker card that you get is a must here. I don't even know how I would move arround without it in surrounding resorts, where to park etc. so this card is maybe a half of the whole value if you use it alot.

There are a few itches which are not actually critical, so it is a decent hotel, however the one the person who does the marketing does it very good so it does look greater in the photos than it is. Still it is'nt in any way bad and it is not a bad decision to visit. It is not in the centre of the village like some other, you'll have to travel by a car or free bus (with jocker card)

The room was big enough for our group, it was very clean, new towels and toilet paper were changed every day, the cleaning staff came every day. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very polite, very helpful and we felt very comfortable in this hotel. The breakfast buffet is very varied, you can find anything you want. After skiing, you can refresh yourself in the bar with an after-ski snack. Dinner was delicious and tasty. Access to the ski area is easy, from the hotel's garage, and this fact adds to the value of the comfort. Thank you for making us feel comfortable during our stay.

Great location and the valet parking service is amazing. Rooms are very clean. Dinner was decent. Sauna is very nice with 3 different temperature rooms.

No free tap water at dinner is kinda strange. Also, supposedly there is a sun terrace but with the mountain in the way that isn't available all day. Staff at reception and bar is super, restaurant could be friendlier.

The location is fantastic, close to nature. The staff is friendly. The room is clean and big enough for two. The breakfast is fantastic, and wide range offered. Diner portion is not very big, but there is a 4 course menu, but it's very delicious, and also there is a salad. If you bring your bike there is facility to store and to clean your bike. Joker card is provided by hotel that offers unlimited usage of gondolas during your stay, and 2 times a day usage with bike. Sauna is great, opening hours could be longer

The staff was exceptional. We lost our car keys and the staff was extremely helpful. We were able to find them.

I wish there would be better explanations on how skiing works in the area. Especially since we had small kids who did not know how to ski. We would have stayed closer to the kid's ski school. They were very kind and inviting to children.

Breakfast, dinner, and bar were awesome. Very delicious. The room was very clean although the bed was a bit too high for kids. Regarding the location, for family who has small kids, it was a bit inconvenient to go to a family slope.

breakfast was sensational every day! We had half board included in our reservation and it was well and truly worth it!

The only thing I didnt like was that often the hot water wasn't hot yet, so it wasn't possible to make my morning tea

Room was very clean, cosy and comfortable. The kitchens Chef, Mantzis John and the rest of the people working at the hotel, made our stay a memorable experience. Food is so delicious. Excellent location for ski in ski out, next to lift and ski passes can be purchased at the reception.

Sauna was a bit crowded.
