Expensive I pay a lot for 2 rooms with balconies but I got the balconies with roof viw old furniture No fridge No kettle to make tea

Lovely traditional hotel,spotlessly clean, good breakfast and friendly staff who were very helpful. Spacious room with plenty of wardrobe space and enough hangers for all our clothes . Great indoor pool and health spa.particularly liked walking out of pool area to outdoor patio and sun loungers. Just be aware that hotel is a ten minute walk outside of town and walk is uphill(not too steep) but would definitely recommend using taxi from train station if you have luggage.

No evening meal option was available in July but plenty of dining options in town.

Fantastic hotel. Location 2 mins walk from ski lift. Amazing breakfast with chef doing fresh eggs and omelettes. Basic but perfect room for sleeping between days on the slopes and apres. Very nice little pool and sauna area. And a very secure ski/boot room. We had friends staying in other nearby hotels, all more expensive and all with less facilities. The staff were all very friendly too. Even made us a pack for our journey home as we left early. Stay here.

Location is nice directly on small waterfall or running river , directly next to bus stop that can take you to Centre or scmittenhohe in less than 5 mins

The king bas was actually just two single beds next to each other with uncomfortable gap in between :-(

The hotel was at a convenient location within walking distance to the lake and center but far enough away from the crowds. Hotel was great, clean and has a lot of facilities. Room was very spacious along with the bathroom and balcony. View was superb!

Breakfast was mid, room was a bit warm for my liking due to the wooden structure of the hotel although it was cold outside. Had to leave the doors open but mosquitos ate me alive

The hotel was off the main road and a 10 min walk to restaurants and lake. Silvia went above and beyond with her service and returning my forgotten coat. Breakfast was typical, and plentiful. Room was large.

We had a 1 st floor balcony room which looked out onto the roof. Request a upper floor room for better views. The hotel in general needs a update. The lobby is dark and uninviting.

Nicely situated up the hill out of Zell. Very nice building, both inside & out. Decent room although the room fridge had been left unplugged when we arrived on a very hot day. Shower was a bit of an issue - impossible not to flood the bathroom. Decent breakfast save that the scrambled eggs and boiled eggs were near cold. Secure parking. Staff were friendly & efficient but might have smiled a bit more.

Hotel has a fantastic look from the outside, and the rooms are great too. We got a third floor balcony, so we could see the Zell am see lake. We went in May, but the temperature was 22 degrees.. we had the whole swimming pool to ourselves because no one else was there. Breakfast was good too. Lot of good options to choose from. Reception was friendly too, and gave us hiking trail map, and showed us where to see snow in May! It’s Kitzsteinhorn! We liked the walk up to the hotel from the station, but with bigger luggages, it’ll be a nice small workout.

Great facilities - we loved being able to use the spa every day after skiing. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. Brilliant location for skiing in Zell Am See, with a short walk to the City Express and bus stop. Boot room was spacious and safe. Really cosy, authentic and would recommend to anyone.

Rooms a little outdated but it added to the Austrian charm

We loved it! This place was beautiful, clean and close to where we needed to go. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We used the pool and sauna. We really appreciated the welcome cards that gave us free rides on the bus, cable cars and attractions. We also made use of the free bikes. Breakfast was delicious. A great place!! The only issue we had was a noisy neighbour one night, the tv blaring keeping us awake
