location - in the center of the village even street facing room was not that bothersome with music (however noticeable) very tasty breakfast with cappuccino from pro coffee machine, different cheese and meat daily, juice machine possibility to drive to the hotel's door even though its on the closed promenade online checkin and Joker Card process was easy and straightforward

parking space - but its a problem generally in Hinterglemm - few spots by the hotel and few more by their another hotel

The location 🙌 located Exactly in the middle of Hinterglemm close ti everything you need ( cablecar, bike shop, Spar .. you name it :) The design of the restaurant abd the reception- quite fabulous 🙌 Very good value fir money; free parking; special locked room for your bikes .

The fact that rooms have a shared balcony- no privcy there. Although very clean & perfectly functional, the hotel itself might benefit from a renovation. It’s a pitty that the rooms are not quite at the same level as the ground floor ; of course that would come with a different price.

Lovely hotel in the centre of town. Exceptionally welcoming staff. Bike friendly. Super easy checkin. Helped me get my vehicle into the pedestrian area to unload and parking was close by. Bike area downstairs. Breakfast is super

Overall it was good, more than pleasant.

The downside would be that there is no soap in the room, parking is a bit difficult and the breakfast is rather monotonous

Great location for our ski trip. Staff was friendly, polite. Rooms were clean, bed very comfortable. We had a half board and food was very good. Parking right in front of a hotel.

Few minor things: no soap at the vanity, the only soap available was from the dispenser located in a shower. Being charged for a carafe of water (presume it was a tap water) with a meal seems a bit too greedy. Noise can be also an issue from rooms above.

The location is perfect, just a 5 min walk and you are at the ski lifts. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are ok, a bit too soft our taste. The breakfast is good (eggs, sausage, yogurt, etc) They even let us check in earlier and use the facilities after check out before we departes

The facilities are a bit old fashion.

Clean. Good location. Lovely breakfast. Spa facilities are very good. Staff helpful and friendly. Lots of nice bars etc nearby.

No amenities in toilet. Bed very uncomfortable because 2 singles pushed together. One night there was awful banging noise for a very long time.
