Just on the edge of Hinterglemm, with (paid) parking and bus stops just outside. Nearest ski lifts are a bull-horn style and pomer, that are less than 5 min walk away. Skill ski school were great-very close 3 min walk. Communal areas have been nicely renovated and the Spa is worth the drive.

The 2 bedroom apartment has yet to be renovated to same standard as others, but great size space for family of 4 and price reflected this. Some spare pillows and duvets in the apartment for colder nights, would be appreciated.

A family run hotel, friendly hosts. Pine decor, old family photos. Good en-suite shower room & plenty of hot water. Breakfast & Dinner included. One of best buffet breakfasts I’ve had (no cooked breakfast except boiled eggs) fresh fruits, dried fruit & nuts, yogurts, smoothies, ham, cheese. Cake from 4 to 5 Delicious Dinners

The location is great. Very close to the ski lifts. Beautiful and clean hotel. The hotel was equipment for ski, ski shoes etc...

I was expected, that the swimming pool and SPA (written in the name) is inside of the hotel. Reality is different - it is in Zell am See (approx. 30 min by car)...

Fantastic location, amenities, accommodation. The food was great and plentiful, and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

We really like it was so clean and our room was very spacious with enough storage space. The whole hotel is cozy and cute and the area is quiet if you need a good rest. Staff was generally nice. The ski shop is 5 mins aways and the first beginner slope is also very close. Bus station is just two steps away.

We couldn’t control the heating in the room so at night it would be too warm and during the day too cold. Also, breakfast and dinner hours are so weird, and poor vegetarian/vegan options (although there is supermarket Spar 1.5 km from the place where they can easily buy some vegan stuff for the guests). Otherwise if you’re not vegan breakfast looks decent. We missed 3 dinners in the end and never used the sauna because it’s only available between 16 and 19. Our fridge didn’t work in our room.

one morning, we simply got an written information that the restaurant will be closed for evening, despite the fact that we booked and paid for half-board; of course, no compensation was offered as they sad it was written somewhere in the the conditions (probably, if you read all small letters, you will find it).
