The room was much nicer than it appeared to be online. Spacious, comfortable room. Absolutely immaculate! The view from our balcony was stunning. There was a pianists who played every evening in the hotel bar, which was very relaxing. It was also possible to order food in the hotel bar. There is a separate restaurant, which offers a daily menu. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's situated on a narrow peninsula with amazing views all around. The pool was a lovely place to spend a few hours relaxing. Christian at reception, was a very helpful gentleman, friendly and informative. Looking forward to our next visit.

The bath towels could have been a bit larger. Breakfast wasn't as good as expected. Its a shame that there wasn't a hospitality tray in the room.

The staff was excellent, and the lobby area was beautiful. Room was wonderful and comfortable. Breakfast was so amazing that I now order the tea that you served at breakfast because it was so wonderful. The bar tenders were amazing, and the breakfast staff were wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have over 4,000 miles of cycling in Europe and have staying in over 150 hotels while cycling. Make your hotel more bike friendly. Charging 12 Euros per bike and storing them in a metal box is not bike friendly (you're the only hotel I have ever seen do this and it not convenient and it is off putting). Take a garage space or build a bike shed/garage that you give a code for access or a key. I don't have an electric bike, but some people do so you should have a charging station. I felt like if I did not use your bike box I had to leave my bike outside in the elements on a bike rack in front of the hotel. I was very upset, and the staff was nice enough to wave the fee on the bike box. The bike box is a very bad idea and not bike friendly.

As a solo traveler, I felt so welcomed and taken care of. The staff—honestly, next-level kindness! There’s even a guy who opens the main door for you… how cool is that? Everyone was incredibly warm and made me feel totally at ease. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylishly designed with several saunas and a big pool—perfect for unwinding. My room was lovely, with a view of the garden and even a glimpse of the lake. Super comfy bed, and the plush carpet? Definitely my highlight!

This hotel is wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The staff are consistently friendly and couldn't do enough for us and, though I tried to use my limited German when I could, were all happy and able to speak English. Breakfast is amazing - everything you could want and incredible quality, with the young waiting staff keen to help and provide whatever you need. The beach by the lake is perfect: free use of kayaks, paddle-boards, inflatables if every size and shape and plenty of sun loungers. The food at the beach cafe (and at breakfast!) is outstanding - generous portions of well-prepared, delicious and very reasonably priced food. The indoor pool and relaxing facilities in the wellness area were also great though we tended to be outside in the sunshine. We came to the hotel to relax and we did that - the beds are very comfortable, rooms large and we heard no sound from neighbours. A truly relaxing, happy experience.

The only potential negative was the cost of eating at the hotel in the evening. €49 per head was more than we wanted to spend each evening, even though the food was probably really excellent if breakfast is anything to go by. However, there is a good outside café just two minutes walk away which was priced more to our budget, and a number of options away from the hotel in the towns around, so we always had a nice meal.

Not really a kid hotel, very limited activities, but probably during the summer is different... In general, the average age of the guests during our stay was on the 70s, so no kid to play with mine. Said that, the food choice was quite limited, so we eaten out, but the quality of the food is top quality the breakfast was AMAZING (but not croissants)

Clean, comfy room, big bathroom with a shower, fantastic food and amazing staff in the restaurant overlooking Worthersee. Staff is there to help you with all kinds of wishes. Kids enjoyed the huge garden with the playground and the walks on the promenade next to the lake. We will definitely be back.

Really nice hotel with super good view. I can expect that it will be great location for vacation in summer time. Nice swimming pool, many choices for sunna. Would like to come again in summer to swim and see around.

We came on the low season, the cost is a little lower. However, some faciliates are not open or under maintanence. The kids place can be even better to have plenty stuffs for kids. But I understand it is low season, they are lack of staffs maybe.

The location is beautiful. Having the private beach area and the ample hotel grounds adds to the experience. The use of the kayaks and paddle boards was free which was good.

The hotel was a bit formal especially at meal times. I think if they have so many children , who are making a noise and rmaking mischief then little point in having dress restrictions(long trousers and no sandals). I approve of the children just not the dress restrictions:-)

Amazing location, with beautiful gardens and very friendly service. Every room has view to the lake, which was wonderful!

Would have been great, if the opening hours of the wellness area (and services like massage) would have been longer. I was there for a yoga Festival and could unfortunately not use them because they closed relatively early.

Breakfast was more than adequate & location is next to the beach. Nice place for relaxing.

We wanted to have dinner at the hotel restaurant on our 2nd night & to our surprise, we were told we have to pre-book with the reception/restaurant so we have to source for dinner outside. Alas most of the F&B outlets were closed. Thank goodness we manage to dine at a Greek restaurant that was open. Probably upon check in, the staff should have inform us of the dinner pre-booking.
