Room was excellent. Room kettle much appreciated. Lakeside Badehaus restaurant had excellent food and service. Hotel location excellent - on lake, near shops and local cafes. Good leisure facilities. Inside and outside pools and lake swimming. Staff friendly and helpful. 24 hour main reception cover. Several different bar locations.

Main restaurant was rather canteen-like and impersonal. 2 coffee machines for all guests with below-quality (luke warm) coffee but pot of coffee provided on request. Food good and good choice.

We had a delightful stay. The room was roomy and comfortable, offering stunning views. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist us. Additionally, the food was superb and truly satisfying.

One aspect we found disappointing was the cost of charging an EV car. There is a 15 EUR fee just for using the garage, plus an additional 0.8 EUR per kilowatt. This seems excessive compared to the many other hotels we visit each year, where EV charging is much more reasonably priced.

Beautiful location. Lots of amenities. Free parking. 24 hour desk service if you’re on the road. Friendly and accommodating staff. Plenty of breakfast options. Overall it’s a large complex with enough capacity to service guests of varying requirements. Highly recommended.

It was a short stay while I was in transit. Wish I could have stayed longer to explore the area.

The grass area by the lake was perfect! Sun, beautiful clear lake, spectacular view of the mountains, peaceful and relaxing. The room was super clean, had a great view of the lake and mountains.

While there were many options at breakfast, there weren't so many options for vegans.

The location is great! Right at the lake shore, quiet area with good parking options. Breakfast served in a huge open space with glass walls with a perfect view of the lake! Everything super clean.

The property itself - I can only talk in positives. The small minus is that if you arrive around 9 pm, you can forget about eating at the lake shore with a view. We did find a very nice restaurant nearby though (walking distance)

The location is superb, close to the lake, nice surroundings for some jogging exercises. Spa facilities very nice, especially the ones build into the lake!

The breakfast was not meeting expectations, the cake was possibly some days old, the overall offering is not up to the standards of this category.

The staff was super nice and friendly, the beach is superb and the food is exceptional.

A lake view room would be better than watching the parking lot from thr balcony.

For this thpe of hotel you could provide complentary water every evening in the room- not just on arrival. There was nothing to drink.
