I loved the luxury of this hotel, which is beautifully appointed. Of course, you pay for this luxury as this is very expensive by most standards and it is just difficult to justify this expense during the off season when the weather is not so good. At the best time of the year this would be a real treat.

The weather ! It was cool and dreary most of the time with some rain as well. Although most of the staff tried hard to please, there were occasional lapses when service was not top drawer.

Think to many waiters in the restaurant, and need be more divided to area, Ex. one evening I was asked by 8 different waiters if I would like to have the wine list - no thank you. Start to be annoying - Sir do you want to see our wine list ?? Sir can I bring you the wine list ?? Small thing - but only one elevator - and slowly. But it was healthy - then I walk up.

Basically all. This is a historical hotel that was renovated for a modern hotel. The restaurant end the brekfest is excellent. For me better than ever before.

We was for on night so we reserve the room on the top floar. My opinion this room is little bit too dark and unfriendly despite of very conmfortable. If someone stay ther for loneger time I do not recomend that rom except if the price is very important.

Loved the silence and the setting. Food was excellent. The room super charming. The spa is really gorgeous & relaxing.

The massage was mediocre at best. Not deep tissue as requested. When complained they did not comprehend Or care basically!

The hotel is beautiful, full of art and set on a stunning lake. The property is immaculate, the service impeccable and the food delicious. They have an amazing pastry chef and wonderful breakfasts. Our room was very comfortable, huge bathroom, gorgeous views and terrace. The spa was wonderful too!

Bautiful hotel with amazing, high qulity facilities! Christmas decor and outside advent market are reasons to visit in the winter. Bar and spa are brilliant and there is just no reason to go anywhere else whilst staying in this hotel. Staff are kind and super nice

Amazing hotel for calm stay in a great place! Location is amazing, staff is very nice and helpful, breakfasts are great. Especially I want to mention amazing sauna with great view on the lake and mountains!

Room was a bit small for the price, but it was nice and beds are comfy. A bit smaller shower in the room.

Following the Renovation- The hotel is simply perfect, the materials used, the combination of colours demonstrates professionals at their best Hotel staff attentive without being “on your shoulder” Food at the highest standard

Since we havent rented a car it took some time to go center and taxi is too expensive. If you dont have a car it s a problem
