Everything was perfect. This hotel and the staff is just amazing and everything is done to make you feel good and relaxed. Dinner is served as a 5 course meal with plenty of options. The sauna area in the room allows yiou o relax in your private confort area.

A coffe machine in the room could be a nice improvement

Food was fantastic, service was impeccable, room was very comfy and quiet, spa was clean, spacious and inviting. We travelled for our babymoon, with our dog. Couldn't recommend this hotel more and thank you so much for our adorable leaving gift!

My sister and I had been following Silena on Instagram for a number of years and finally got time to visit this March. The hotel, the staff, the facilities, the food, the scenery - all exceptional. One of the best places I have stayed!

There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like or would change

Hotel was exceptional. Stuff was very kind and polite. There is a lot of extra contents like popcorn machine, plates with nuts and sweets avalible at all times. Rooms are large, very clean and beautiful.

After Silena it will be hard to stay somewhere else. This is the perfect place🤍

Breakfast and dinner were excellent and service as well. Swimming pool and saunas were very clean and comfortable.

Televisor in our room was small

Excellent breakfast. Dinner was very good. Excellent service at dinner. Nice creative corner. Nice wellness area with snacks.

Food is not very plant based even the vegan options. A lot more vegetables would be great. The uniform of the female employees gave me the chills since they reminded a lot me of The Handmaids Tale. I think the idea is that they should look Japanese but they just look odd. Dogs are allowed but cannot be brought anywhere except the hotel room. The restaurant is so big that a ‚dog section‘ would be easy to arrange. The hotel clams to be ‚soulful‘. What makes something soulful? IMHO it‘s less telling your guests ‚how they should be mindful and calm but rather modeling it. To have soul as a hotel would mean for me rather to be authentic than to claim to follow some Japanese idea and concept that nobody there actually understands in the first place. But that‘s just me and I‘m sure a lot of people love it as it is.
