great SPA, two sauna ceremony every day, great equipment for kids as well as for adults only, amazing food, plenty options on breakfast, dinner was excellent, we have enjoyed a lot, very good position for hiking as well as for skiing, just 5 mins by car from cabin lifts on Jochberg or Gitschberg, you can use also ski bus directly from hotel, Malga Fane nice walk for families + hotel's own Masl hut with brunch, very nice daily program organized by hotel, we definitely return in future :)

This property exceeded my expectations, everything about it was wonderful starting by the staff that was beyond helpful and friendly. The location takes your breath away , activities they prepare the food at the property. Everything was great.

I can’t think of any, this property was a little piece of heaven for us ❤️

Combination of skiing/nature and wellness. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice cake buffet in the afternoon. Very well kept hotel, good beds, clean. Entry from the garage nice and welcoming. Wellness facilities on 3 floors. One key card which opened also the ski storage room and an own locker for skis, boots etc.

Booked for 3 adults, so one person had to sleep in a shorter than regular bunk bed (in an extra small room). Our room did face the street - which is a bit busy in the morning with traffic to the ski lifts. The food was average, the cappuccino out of the machine at breakfast. The artificial fireplaces in the bar are no match in terms of coziness with a real fireplace.

Apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Food and service in the restaurant are great.

My rate for this hotel is 10/10. I would give it 11/10 if it was offering daycare / kindergarten services, such that parents can ski all day long, or have dinner calmly. Some other hotels in this class provide such services. The above is the only area for improvement that I can think of.
