The views, the size of the room, the cleanliness, the amenities! Hotel Clara was beautiful and we loved the sauna and indoor/outdoor pool. We had a room with a balcony which was way worth it due to the views. The breakfast was insane. It was so delicious and had an array of choices. I am already missing it 😆. I wish I could have tried the restaurant but we didn't have a chance. Either way, the pictures looked good.

No AC but I found out that you could have upgraded to a room with one. At night, it was cool if you open up the windows/doors. Not that big of a deal since we only stayed in the room to sleep/shower

Although the breakfast buffet was small, the food was delicious.

The hotel consists of two buildings, one new and the other renovated. Unfortunately, the renovated building does not have air conditioning, but rather a regular fan that is not sufficient for the purpose. The price is too high compared to the services provided.

Facilities were great, room was nicely furnished and big, with all comforts. Loved the bathrobe and slippers to take with you to the wellness center. The spa is a bit small, and gets crowded in the evening, but it really nice. Also great is the free drinks you can get while there. Breakfast is really good with plenty of options, sweet and savory.

Please provide some hair conditioner in the shower!

A large and spacious room, quiet and clean, air conditioning. Even though the room faced the street, no traffic noise could be heard because the window sealing system is very good.

I would prefer more options for breakfast. Some variety would be nice, rather than having the same items served each day.

Beautiful, clean and stylish hotel. Oasis suite was spacious, modern and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and sauna area after a day exploring. Heinrich was an excellent host who met us at the station and offered advice and information about the local area. All staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Delicious breakfast and evening meals. Highly recommended.

Rooms were clean and spacious, facilities were great!

Staff - several staff could not speak English, luckily i was travelling with an Italian that helped with the check-in & check-out. Would've preferred if the staff were able to speak English.

perfect location, it was great to rest there, active on bikes with family or passive on pool&sauna

for that price i expected little more quality of rooms & facilities, little bit disturbing was a nearby road with quite heavy traffic

How welcoming were the owners! Could not have done more to make our 4 night stay more enjoyable. Restaurant was good and looked after our group of 7 at all times. Spa area was lovely, especially after days of touring around the Dolomites region (we were on a motorcycle tour).

Lovely place. Great vibe and fantastic facilities. The restaurant on site was good and the rooms very comfortable. The majority of the staff were lovely too and very friendly. There was enough parking and the location was mega for us. Good breakfast.

The restaurant confused 'Pepperoni' with 'Pepper Only' when some ordered pizzas but that said the food was good! I had a slight issue with one member of staff and his behavior but everyone else was very helpful and friendly.

Food awesome, staff very friendly, always helpful. What was also nice is that spa is free of charge.
